Very nicely renovated palazzo. The rooms are large and airy. Excellent beds and perfect bathroom with a good shower. Very attentive and friendly staff, but because we were there probably already off-season the staff of the reception had to take care of the breakfast, get your coffee, answer the phone, so sometimes we had to wait a bit till there...

Stayed 5 nights in a superior room, well worth it. The hotel was beautiful, clean and well kept. I did feel like we were the only guests. Very quiet little town with a sweet nightlife (not too wild) although not much to do in the day except siesta! Which suited me just fine. Local restaurants are lovely and inexpensive. Had...

My wife and I spent one night at Corte Borromeo. It was just the perfect place : nice hotel with a lot of character, spacious and comfortable room, ideally situated, tasty breakfast and friendly staff. Definitely the one to choose in Manduria.

We loved this hotel perhaps one of the best on our trip. It is in a renovated palazzo and decorated in a simple, almost monastic, modern scandanavian design which is a perfect counterpoint to the stone building. Deluxw bathrooms, comfortable beds really roomy and spacious rooms, my room had a loft with a second bathroom and would be the perfect...

What a beautiful hotel! And the staff were incredibly nice with directions for parking, restaurants, and places to see. The rooms are large and perfectly comfortable, the breakfast generous and delicious. A special shout out to giusepina, hope I got close to the right spelling. She even helped us load our bags. While navigating the manduria streets is a challenge,...

My wife and I spent a night here during our bike tour of Puglia. Riding into the town we weren't sure what we were getting ourselves into as the town is not as scenic as many of the other towns we visited during our trip. As we got closer to the hotel, we were sure that our GPS was sending...

A new hotel within a historic building. Beautifully restored - no expense spared. A tad minimalist for our liking but nevertheless a really great place to stay. The staff were all exceptional - very helpful, excellent English and always polite. Corte Borromeo is in the heart of old Manduria so expect a hairy drive to get to their excellent underground...

You simply can't go wrong with this hotel. An absolute gem tucked away a historical southern city of Manduria! I have stayed there twice and was simply blown away by the structure, architecture, stunning suites and five star cuisine. The service and hospitality is exceptional. The staff will go out of their way to make you feel like royalty. Breakfast...

We visited Manduria for a few days on our Puglia holiday. We wanted to try Primitivo and found Corte Borromeo online. This hotel is truly a hidden jewel. The whole hotel is finished to the highest standard with true Italian style. The staff were wonderful including the owner. However, I've saved the best until last - the rooftop restaurant and...

First of all, it's a really hard place to find - even with a GPS. Luckily, we got pretty close to the street (alley) that leads to the hotel and we asked someone for help. They were guests at the hotel and basically led us right there. On check-in, the person at the desk didn't offer very much help. They...
