Located a short drive away from the town of kurseong. We stayed at this wonderful place for two days.Highlights are: 1.Wonderful view of the plains and the lights of siligur after sunset. 2.Best continental food reminiscent of the fare of the British planters. 3. Peaceful surroundings. 4.Helpful staff. 5. A visit to the tea factory nearby. Mobile connectivity is a bit...

About 40km / 1.5hours from NJP railway station, via Sukna, 2km off Gayabari Darj Heritage rail station , driving through tea gardens, by the hill sides, on a very narrow grass and mud one way track you reach this 150year old ill maintained quaint english bungalow hidden within tall pines and misty environ! Silence is palpable, broken only by the...

A good 2 hours drive from NJP station will take you to Selim Hill Tea Resort - a lovely 150 year old british bungalow which is sadly lacking in maintenance and seems forgotten. Since the bunglow has been taken on a lease…. the owner doesn't want to invest significantly in maintenance and development of the bunglow. The outside appearance of...

We were 3 families, including 2 kids (Age-2+) on a visit to the Selim Hill Tea Estate. We had a great time there. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, the food was great and you can enjoy endless cups of tea, spend your time at the TT table or the guitar, enjoy a game of badminton or simply laze around in...

Bungalow situated within tea gardens in serenity.Beautiful property with heritage with indoor games, badminton court and even bonfires with chicken are arranged. I'd rate the service as a 'wow-vilas'(like Rajvilas) style. The staff over there are always on their toes. Excellent food(wholesome) ,friendly staff playing guitar, including manager, chef and everyone.

A lovely 150 year old british bungalow yet sadly it feels ignored, let down, old and forgotten. The people who manage this are interested in making money without looking after either staff or the property. I spent the new years eve here and could not help think what this place would or could have been. 30 min off Kurseong, the...

Both Ashish and Idris (who looked after us) were very helpful and the entire staff was extremely hospitable. Food was good with lots of varieties(indian/continental/chinese) and we had cups n cups of tea...
