Hotel is quite good and fits expectations! Price is the best compare to other hotels in puerto banus. Great location which is close to the beach and all entertainments in banus. Hotel is clean and shiny. Stuff work perfectly. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. I was treated more than good! Food is nice and tasty as well for such a cheap price. Will come back here for sure!

Great hotel, great location, and an ok price. Bar was fine, hotel was clean, reception was fast and helpful, what more do you want. Stayed here years back, and can’t remember why I didn’t come back, but glad I did.

The hotel is 3star, fits the bill, you get what you pay for, the hotel is clean enough. Don’t expect a smiling staff. Everything else was good. I will use it again because of the location. My check inn experience was poor ... the staff that check me inn was either tired or new. I booked a double room and I was given 2 single beds. A deposit of 20 euro is required to use Iron in your room. I will use the hotel again, I know what to expect. I did not use any of the hotel facilities I.e restaurant or pools. The receptionist that checked me inn was too lame.

I Will never come back there anymore. We were treated like criminals in the midle of the corridor for one recepcionist .she Just destroyed our last night there. We went there to relax and We got this trouble for nothing. Dont go there people . There are plenty of hotel there that can treat you much better.
