Lovely B&B in the beautiful Cornish village of Coverack. Ann warmly welcomed my wife and I to her lovely home. Lulled off to sleep with the sound of the sea, and woke to a lovely sunrise! Breakfast was great, and Ann could not have been nicer!

You can tell a B&B is going to be good by the welcome, and especially the cake! We were greeted by Ann with a great pot of tea and massive slice of lemon cake, sitting in her conservatory, looking out across the bay. Room was good, had everything. Breakfast was excellent, with tasty stewed summer fruits with the cereal, and...

We have stayed with in Fernleigh twice, most recently a couple of days in September. It's very comfortable, well laid out, and Ann's cooking is really good. Cake and tea on arrival and excellent breakfasts. We had the downstairs room at the front, which has a view down over the sea. Coverack itself is a delightful place, and Ann could...

We stayed here with our two dogs for one night whilst walking a section of the SW Coast Path. Breakfast was delicious...

Ann is a wonderful host, and gave us a warm welcome, which included home-made cake and a pot of tea. The accommodation (twin beds) was excellent, and the full Cornish breakfast is a must. A warm welcome in a beautiful location. Did I mention the fabulous view?

By the time we reached Fernleigh to be greeted by Ann Rogers we had three days walking behind us and had just finished the challenging Lizard- Coverack section of the SW Coastal Path. Ann is set up to cater for walkers. Her dinner is legendary in both quality and quantity. Fish fresh from the boat and vegetables from local suppliers....

We had such a warm welcome from Ann - complete with utterly delicious home made cake. Rooms extremely comfortable and conservatory with fabulous views for guests to relax in. Ann and her husband were extremely kind and couldn't do enough to help us. Delicious supper in the village in the evening - this is somewhere I would love to come...

Convenient location, warmly gracious & accommodating owners. They transformed what would have been a miserable rainy day on the coastal path, into a cozy day indoors reading selections from their library. Lovely room. Comfortabble sitting for areas. Generous delicious breakfast.

This is a lovely bnb nestled in idyllic coverack. The room was comfortable and clean. Really large bed, TV, tea and coffee making facilities etc ( basically anything you could want in a room) We stayed for 2 nights and looked forward to Ann's breakfast every morning. Her hospitality really sets this bnb apart from other hotels/ or less character-...
