What can one say beyond the subjective word, perfection. Bridget has an eye for detail and very hard work, which belies a relaxed demeanour. If you like and love life then this place fits the bill down to a T. I loved this place and cannot understand why I am telling you so since to attract more folk would make...

Walking the Southwest Coast Path in Cornwall is a great experience but tiring and with Coverack as one of our waypoints we booked in at Boak House - this turned out to be an EXCELLENT choice. Coming off the trail this B&B is located a LEFT off the trail a short walk up the hill. I can't thank Brigette, our...

Bridget is a great hostess and was very welcoming. G&T on arrival was very much appreciated after 7 hours of walking the coast path. Room we stayed in had a superb view of harbour and was very comfortable. Overall would highly recommend.

Bridget has mastered the art of hospitality - Wonderful welcome, high quality everything (..and yes, especially the G&Ts). Views of Coverack would be difficult to beat. We left with heavy hearts after a break..far too short. Thanks to Bridget and friends we loved every minute. Trust the recommendations for dining out - We were taken aback by the amazing local...

As many people have stated before, Boak House is made a very special B&B by the warm, life-loving and generous owner Bridget and her amazing hospitality. She makes you feel really welcome and nothing is too much trouble. You can't help but wind down from the moment you arrive and I was sad to leave after 2 nights, something that...

..but not every B&B can have a Bridget! She is a gem - warm and welcoming, within minutes I felt like I'd known her for ages. The delicious G&T (OK, G&T's!!) on arrival certainly helped but she is a genuinely caring hostess. Her home is beautiful with wonderful views out over the bay. Breakfast would have put many hotels to...

From the welcoming G & T to the bed linen, the towels and the bathroom accessories, every little detail is perfect. Bridget is the most welcoming hostess you will find anywhere. She kindly called the pub to make sure they kept the kitchen open as we were late arriving. Wonderful views over the picturesque harbour. The full Cornish breakfast is...

Bridget was a great host. A very welcome g and t and beer on arrival, a great shower and breakfast. Bridget also very kindly phoned the Gillan Creek ferry to ensure it was running for us. Definitely the place to stay in Coverack. Close to the SWCP for those of us with sore feet.
