A one night stay. Wish it could have been longer. Would definitely return. Highly recommend. Kelly was a great host. Our room was super comfortable, the hot tub felt great after a day of mountain biking on local trails, the breakfast was hot and fresh and very tasty, the common areas were clean and comfortable and very welcoming. If we ever get the chance to stay in the Sundre / Water Valley area again we will happily stay at Rustlers Lodge. 5 stars.

I used this room during my wedding. It was a cozy and friendly environment. The home cooked breakfast each morning was amazing. They had no issues making our breakfast early in the morning to help fit our busy schedule. They had no curfew so coming and going late at night was easy (we were mindful of other guests). Easy check in/out. I will be coming back soon.

We booked a room here as we were visiting friends that stay at a local campground. Our hosts were excellent, rooms were comfy, and breakfast was great. I especially liked that we were asked when we wanted to have breakfast in the morning and were then given a lovely choice of menu items. As another reviewer said there is no curfew and we were able to come and go as we pleased. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the Sundre area.

We were told that the cancellation fee would be charged even if we wanted to re book for a different date. Also I believe Covid falls outside of the normal cancellation fees. Some professionalism and concern for those that regularly book with you (and even those that don’t), would have went a long way.

Friendly, homey, hospitable. Kelly manages this Bed and Breakfast with a positive atmosphere, welcoming everyone. Flexible hours to match your schedule plus accommodating food choices for special health diets.
We stayed 3 nights, Feb 12 to 15, 2024, ate our meals in the pool room (swimming pool and hot tub), next to the outside barbeque area. Outside our room is a mini kitchen plus TV room, games and library shared.
Homemade breakfasts we chose from her multiple options. Conference room supported local business meeting plus breakfast.
Our experience was positive, 2.5 hours drive from home, gave us a couple of days off to cross country ski, shop, winter walk plus board games.
We highly recommend Rustlers Lodge to families, singles/couples, groups.

My wife and I were to attend a family funeral in Sundre Alberta and we had to cancel our reservation last minute at Rustlers Lodge due to coming down with a cold/flu. I assumed they would refund my credit card but charged us full rate. When contacting them they said it was past the 7 day notice and would not be refunding any money. I asked to speak to the other owner and they never returned my call or email.

This place just feels like home. A family run establishment set in a beautiful small town.
The rooms were great! Breakfast served poolside was fantastic. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming in pool!

We came here for an overnight birthday trip and would highly recommend this place to others!

Our family stayed two nights - 4 adults and 2 children. This was our second visit to Rustlers. This time it was during the Pandemic. We felt very safe...the rooms and the facilities were immaculately clean. Kelly was again a great host and provided us with wonderful and generous breakfasts. Due to the pandemic the pool and hot tub was not open, but we chose to stay regardless. Kelly works hard to provide a truly hidden gem!
