I booked Amrit regency , Dehradun from Oyo for two days and payment was made in full.on reaching the hotel i was informed that the hotel has stopped taking bookings for Oyo for the last two months as they have not cleared hotels payments for 3-4 months.i tried to contact Oyo office 2-3 times and wasted 10-15 minutes each time with there representative. Each time they told me to hold and then disappeared. Finally I had to pay twice the charges to pass two nights in the hotel.I was informed by the hotel that this is usual problem with Oyo bookings. So EVERyBody should be careful as they are not going to provide any service at the last moment

1 AC not working because its wire is cutted down 2 window broken 3 housekeeping don't pick your call neither reception responses on such issues 4 WiFi password they don't give you and procrastinate about it 5 breakfast itself explains why it is complimentary 6 bedsheets and pillow covers are torned from sides and also bedsheets are filthy. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen and I really recommend to not invest a single penny here.

We booked this hotel for Barratt and it was nightmare for us. Our rooms were booked in advance and despite assurance our rooms were allotted to other guests. The Baraat has to wait for two hours to get their rooms. The management was completely unprofessional and unethical.

I stayed in this hotel in November 2016 with a friend's of mine, I booked it via OYO with sunrise check-in. The hotel is at a walking distance from the ISBT. The staff is cooperative. I booked a suite and it was very cozy and comfortable. Clean bathroom with bath tub. Tasty food was served hot. 5 stars! The hotel is a bit pricey though, but it is worth it. Car parking is available.

We stumbled upon this hotel after our first choice was full. Its great, the rooms have cable TV, ensuite and good wifi. There is a restaurant with great food that provides prompt room service.What makes this so great is the Manager and the staff who have gone out of their way to make us welcome and show us friendliness. When we needed a tuck tuck the Manager himself went out into the street to get one! When there was a confusion about a food order the manager himself came and and sorted it out in a friendly fashion.Its a bit out of the way but its also quiet and cool. On the table outside our room each day there have been English /Indian newspapers as we are the only brits I can only assume they have been kindly left for us Just shows one good manager can transform a Hotel.
