Our US travel agent, Adventures Within Reach, booked this hotel for us and we really enjoyed it!!! It is set in the rain forest which was left intact for the hotel. The room and buildings are completely surrounded by forest. And yet it's right on the main highway and right across from the beach. I was very nervous about safety...

Excellent service. Great food. Chef's specials are unbelievable. A must visit place for your vacations in Costa Rica. You will feel nature around you, possible to see lots of animals. Great place to select when visiting Caribbean area in Costa Rica.

We started our Costa Rica trip here and what a beautiful place to start. There were 7 of us in 4 beautiful bedrooms. The rooms were modern, spacious and well-equipped. The beach bar is beuatifully placed looking over the blue waters of the Caribbean and the restaurant served excellent meals. My one slight criticism is that I have to drink...

This little oasis of a boutique hotel is placed perfect in a safe distance from noisy party places and with it's own beach club at a very uncrowned and astonishing beach. The rooms are clean and nice, the pool area is unique and just nice, the restaurants are great. Really the best hotel in the area if you want something...

We found the hotel to be very clean, good location just next to a lovely beach. The room air con was fierce, coldest hotel room I have ever been in! The staff were really friendly but occasionally got food orders wrong. However they always sorted it out with a smile and it just added to the fun of the place....

We arrived at the hotel a little before check in and were welcomed by Gerardo with tropical drinks and cool towels. Our room happened to be ready and he escorted us there. Our Deluxe room was as beautiful as the pictures: Stark white with a patio surrounded by Jungle, large and comfy. We didn't know how to turn on the TV, called...

We stayed for six nights and loved every minute of it. The hotel is beautiful, rooms sublime and the property really provides a full range of experiences. Walking to breakfast along a short jungle path way complete with a sloth resting nearby transports you without requiring any real effort. The beach house and waterfront is a place to wile away...

In summary: Poor service No running water on several occasions Expensive General lack of maintenance Beautiful setting, especially the beach, shame about the rest .... The hotel complex, which is very appealing, is sat one side of the coastal road, and the beach complex the other, although the road is not particularly busy. It appears the hotel was built very...

First of all I want to say thank you for having the time to write your comment. As matter fact you talked to the manager the night before you left about the water problem we experienced two nights for 10 minutes, as he explained you it was a problem of the drought in the village and our well takes 10...

Man is this place beautiful. A bit outside The main part of town but it was nice to be out of the busyness. We stayed in a superior room and I was a little bit nervous it wouldn't be worth the higher price tag but it was worth every penny. We had a second floor room with a private balcony...

I stayed 2 nights in the superior room from 2/26-27/2017… the hotel has a beautiful luxury rain setting with all comfort amenities and my room was spacious and clean; it definitely met my expectation. The staff was super helpful and nice. The beach was nice and clean, the ocean seem slightly rough, but no reflection on the hotel or staff.
