Our property has a hostel part with dorm beds and private cabinas and suites to rent as well. Tasty Dayz Hostel sits on a beautiful land with gardens everywhere where you can see monkeys, sloths and many others. We are located right the other side of the street from the main Cocles beach.

I'm not used to staying in Hostels but Tasty Dayz but these guys make it easy. I stayed in the private rooms. They were clean and I never had the water problems I had at other, more expensive spots in town. I love the filtered water provided to reduce plastic, and I love all the hammocks and rocking chairs to lounge in when watching the various jungle wildlife that comes through. Great for bird-watchers! Plus the ocean is just across the street. The sports bar and restaurant is a great gathering spot for making friends. Thanks to Lydia, Brighton, Ben, Tega, Jen, Max and all that helped me have a great stay. I hope to stay with you again.

I stayed at Tasty Dayz for 5 nights and I loved it. Peaceful place and very quiet. The rooms are clean, big, nice and have everything you need. Lydia was there to answer different questions, that was very helpful. Playa Cocles is right on the other side of the road, restaurants are very close. The restaurant Tasty Waves which is right there has good food and a great energy. I would definately recommend tasty dayz and would book ot again. Thank you guys!

We stayed two families with children aged 8-19and we all had a great time. The activities in the restaurant were fun. The food was great. Bryton and Lydia with there stuff was allways helpful and gave the best service both before the stay and during. We would love to come back.

Great hostel with awesome prices and a fun vibe. The owner takes great care of the place and makes sure everybody is safe and has a great time. The rooms are clean and simple. It is right across from the beach. The staff is really helpful and very professional. Great for an extended stay or quick stopover. Even if you don't stay there make sure to hit up Tasty Waves for some delicious food and great drinks!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and outside area. The staff is super nice and very accommodating. A great place to stay outside of town and so close to the beach. As an added plus tasty waves is next door with great food and drink specials! I'll be back for sure!
