Well the person in reception was a great guy but the park itself is very old, tight and in need of a revamp. We found it very tight to get a camper trailer around it and wonder how some vans even get in. We asked for our money back as it just would not fit us as we did not want...

Before booking this Park we read reviews which mentioned you could not extend your awning on the powered sites. I rang the Park and asked about this and was told it was nonsense, "of course you could put your awning out" After a 300 km drive we arrived at the Park, paid our money and booked in. We were directed...

Worst place ever, Very unfriendly Staff, Not made to feel welcome at all. It wouldn't hurt for the Staff to do a Host plus course or a Hospitality Course, as their Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

A friendly welcome, clean amenities and a new camp kitchen with several restaurants nearby make this a convenient place to stay. There is a Coles supermarket across the highway for supplies and The Vale pub 300m away does very good reasonably priced meals. Sites are tight for big caravans but our off road camper trailer had no difficulties. I would...

This park is a bit of a surprise for city caravan park. $25 per night with Top Tourist discount per night powered 2 Adults. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Quite a few permenants, but all very friendly and also helpful. The only downfall is the park is quite tight to get around, some sites are quite small. The park...

We were travelling through to Melbourne CBD and arrived a day early so thought it would be fine to stay here just overnight.....we were wrong. The place has permanent residents and there were car bodies/parts strewn around the place and the whole park had a very dodgy feel to it. We had a delux cabin and it was anything but....

We arrived late but they were very happy to give us a site very helpful. Nice and quiet with great amenities and washing facilities. Only 40 mins from Tassie Ferry and other attractions. Had grassed area for roof top camper. Great place highly recommended.

just stayed the night at the Sundowner on a powered site, got to say the park is clean and tidy with very helpful staff. Was lovely and quiet considering it was on the Princes Hwy and a great price $28 for the powered site, would recommend for sure if you need to stay down that way

We stayed in one of their deluxe cabins. The cabin was absolutely spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't need to drive more than 30-45mins to most of main attractions we wanted to see (such as the zoo and aquarium) there was a shopping centre right across the road. Several great child friendly pubs only 5mins away....
