Congratulations indeed, excellent service, beautiful location, delicious and plentiful breakfast, compliments also for the cleanliness... impeccable, taking a dip in the pool with a view of the mountains with a bit of snow is something sublime.

New hotel, clean, very well furnished rooms.
Small but comfortable SPA for exclusive use.
A few steps from the town center and directly on the road that leads to the facilities.
Small but well-stocked breakfast/dinner area.
The only thing that could be improved would be to improve the common areas,
It lacks a sitting room and a fireplace would be perfect.

The hotel is very nice, new and modern. The rooms aren't very big but they all have a cute terrace and a big closet. I'm giving it a 3 star rating because there is no air conditioning! Seriously how can you build a hotel, even though in the mountains, without air conditioning? I stayed there just a few days with my husband and my 18 months child in the middle of August. My room was facing the mountains and in the morning the sun was shining straight into my room. The temperature in my room in the morning was at least 35 degrees, you could not breathe! I thought the air conditioning was broken so I asked the reception to fix it but they explained to me there was no air conditioning system in the hotel.
Everything else was fine. The staff was nice and breakfast was ok.

the worst holiday. expensive hotel (160 Euros per night), very modern but inefficient in every way. Small room, TV with only two channels, tiny sauna, for a fee, in an empty room without even a lounger to relax in, and then, a ruined surrounding wall, access to the car park in front of the hotel entrance with potholes bigger than those in Rome. Not to mention a very unpleasant episode that occurred to my wife, who was locked in the elevator and blamed for the inconvenience without the managers apologizing for what happened. In short, I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy, for the reason that those at the Grand Chalet delle Rocche, although very modern in interiors, don't know how to be hoteliers

Let's start with the room, a rather small modern minimalist room but the main problem is the lack of air conditioning which is essential for the summer and forces you to sleep with the window open all night. Cleaning of cupboards definitely needs improvement. Unusable safe.
Let's move on to breakfast, rich in availability of sweets, but completely absent of savory foods.
The staff is detached and lacks any information on what to do in the surrounding area, referring to the local tourist office to organize tours and accommodation. They would like to go to a hotel with a family atmosphere, so they sign the exchange emails upon booking, but it remains only an unrealistic intention.
Rather low quality/price ratio, so much so that it was the most expensive in the area for the same category, and when I asked for a quote I was offered a much higher price than the one published on booking but the surprise came when the booking was confirmed because they applied an unjustified increase to me which Mr Enea justified with prices defined by their algorithm at the time of confirmation. But these algorithms are precisely the problem at the center of public attention because they are contributing to inflation and keeping tourists away from Italy. Meh…
