Reliable quality and the friendliest welcome we've had at a Premier Inn. Rooms are a little tired though - paintwork needing a touch up and carpets due for replacement? Great location for a quick overnight pre-Eurotunnel stay. Loads of great pubs in the locality.

We stopped off here for the night before taking the ferry to France. Really clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Didn't try the food as we arrived late and left early. Had a drink in the bar though and the food looked very nice. Ideal if you have driven a long way for the ferry terminal and need...

Nice welcome from lady on reception. Everything was fine but think it needs a bit of TLC. Breakfast was at the Beefeater opposite which was ok but soulless. Rooms comfortable and good for a family of 5. Kids had a bed each which stopped the argument of who would share the double!

My wife and I stayed at this Premier Inn as a base for a few days walking on the North Downs Way. Clean and friendly, the hotel is in a great location - easily accessed from Dover and the Channel Tunnel. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed the night before an early journey to disneyland the next day. Would highly recommend this hotel. It was great value. Easy to find with a sat nav. Beefeater next door although we didn't go in. It looked lovely.

Stayed overnight to attend a party nearby. Reception staff very pleasant. Not impressed by the food at the adjacent Beefeater although it's convenient. Duvet very heavy. Disliked the amount of cigarette butts outside Reception which could be avoided if they were to put bins like those outside the Beefeater

Stayed for one night in two rooms. Both standard Premiere Inn clean and well presented. Beds were very comfortable and our room very quiet and dark - essential for us both to sleep. We had had to cancel a third room Friday afternoon but unfortunately it had not been removed from our booking and it was after 1 pm. However...
