Only had time for one night at this resort but had a great experience and customer service during my stay. Have to recommend all people I dealt with from the Security staff to the Manager on Duty and the Restaurant staff. Food was excellent and the proximity to the beach was very good (just across the road)

We loved it here! It was so clean and beautiful! The service was excellent and all of rooms were great. We stayed in all three rooms and they were all very clean, obviously the Pool View Room was huge and amazing. The pool was fantastic and the morning buffets were excellent. I would definitely stay here each time I visited...

We spent 1 week at the resort in the bungalow type of rooms (3*). At the beginning there were some problems with the shower, pillows etc., but everything was sorted out quickly by the staff, who were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, although the breakfast room is outside and at 9 AM it was already so hot (almost...

I stayed at that hotel for 25 nights already (plus 6 nights to go) and can tell you everything about it in details.. 1. Welcome fruit basket - consisted of three finger size baby bananas. Ayuh. 2. 'American breakfast' - the fact, that there was no cheese was disappointing. The staff is friendly but they never bring you clean cutlery...

We stayed here for 1 night on transit as it was near to the Phuket airport. Its decent, nothing terribly special. Service was so-so and didn't stand out. The room was clean and served its purpose for a one night transit stay.

The hotel in general but also the rooms have seen better times - a general renovation is truly needed. Rooms smell damp and bathrooms feel more like a youth hostel than a hotel. Water pressure is almost non-existing. Nai Yang Beach is close to the Airport and offers some nice eateries along the stretch of beach. But the beach itself...

For slightly over 30USD, this hotel is good value for an overnight stay in transit to the phuket airport. The location is right smack in the middle of the Naiyang beach strip of hotels and restaurants. Rooms are reasonably clean and comfortable. There's even a tortoise enclosure with 5 big tortoises inside. For me a big plus point is the...

I think this hotel is very good value. We paid 1500tbh per night and ended up staying 3 nights. The rooms are basic and maybe a little bit tatty but were clean and serviced daily. The staff were friendly and helpful and check in and check out were a breeze. This was a very last minute booking for us and...

Clean, welcoming & good value. My 14 yr old daughter stayed here during low season, June 16th-21st, so it was possible to upgrade our room to the oriental standard- pool side, for Small extra charge - well worth it for convenience to pool and proximity to shops , reception etc.
