Spent two nights with a remarkable host tour guide Marit. He picked me up in Phuket Town after completing a Gecko tour. I was not looking for a resort. Accommodation was in a quiet area tucked in amongst Thai homes. Manit drove me to any place I wished beautiful beaches, shopping. lunch over looking river, Thai massage, aquarium, Sea Gypsy...

We have a great time with Manit at his Summer Breeze Inn Hotel! We just stay for two day's and going to fishing with his own long tail boat. We had one of our best experience here. The hotel is perfect, its based outside phuket town, in a nice local area. The local market is a tip to visit and...

We needed a place for overnight and we wanted to be close to the pier for the ferry to Koh Phi Phi. There are many hotels in Phuket to choose from but this one was the best choice for us (we did an extensive research before we settled down with this one). We really enjoyed our stay here, even it...

Booked this guesthouse via their website. Excellent response & hassle free booking. Was picked up from the airport late at night after a long international flight & met by the lovely staff. The owner of the guesthouse was absolutely lovely and encompassed every positive thing one would think of in relation to Thailand being the land of smiles (it really...

The location doesn't mean much as there's nothing around, but its quite close (15min by car) to the pier. During the booking it didn't state how much the airport transfer would cost and when we got the check in (and pay in advance) they charged us 600 baht which I thought was too much for the ride. Manit was 'helpful'...

I always try to help my guests as much as possible. You have commented about the airport taxi and the ferry. They are not part of my hotel and I have little influence over them. The price of the airport transfer is shown on the rates page of my web site. Taxis are more expensive in Phuket than in Chiang...

We had a late arrival into Phuket and needed a clean, comfortable, safe place for just one quick night. We also wanted to be close to the pier for our departure in the morning. We decided on Summer Breeze and it was certainly a great choice. Booking on line was seamless and efficient. Manit (the owner) responded very quickly to...

We stayed for 2 nights. Manit helped us to organize the continuation of our trip, as we had to find alternatives after the floodings in the south of Thailand. What he did for us was far beyond expectation. A great place to stay and a very service oriented hotel manager

The Summer Breeze Inn would best be described in western countries as a B & B. There are 5 tastefully decorated rooms in a home located in a quiet, middle-upper class residential area of Phuket Town. There are 2 rooms on the main floor and 3 on the second. The owner/manager, Manit Sawangwan (Manit, pronounced Maneet), speaks almost fluent English...

For those in transit to the islands, the summer breeze inn is the perfect choice. Manit is the gentlest and kindest Thai we have met yet. He runs an impeccably clean family hotel in a residential neighborhood. At no markup he arranges for airport pickup and drop off at the ferry the next morning. There is a great seafood restaurant...

We arrived at the airport in Phuket in the morning and wanted a place to sleep before going with the ferry to Koh Lanta. The place was wonderful. Situated in a small street somewhere in Phuket. Children are playing on the street and the hotel has a very genuine and friendly atmosphere. The owner was very service minded, he took...
