On our bicycle trip between chiang mai and chiang rai we stayed here one night after a heavy etappe. Welcome was great, the room very clean. Nice balconny. Good bed. Good shower. Nice swimming pool. A good diner. We slept well and after a good breakfast at 7.00 we could start a new etappe.

This is our second visit to this resort and good as the first. The service staff were extremely helpful and the command of English was very good. The restaurant food was excellent and averagely priced. The room (overlooking the little lake) we're specious with tv, bed a little on the hard side. The only negative is that water pressure in...

I spent 5 days 4 nights at Marisa Resort and Spa. If you find the quiet place, this place is the best for you. There are a lot of activities such as cycling and spa. This resort is comfortable and clean. All staffs have service mind.

We arrived by motorscooter from Chiang Mai at around noon and the staff was awaiting us at the lobby and were well informed about our arrival. The room was very clean and spacious. We opted to leave the windows open since the night temperatures are quite mild. The pool is perfect for a quick dive, and afterwards you can get...

Just like the first time we went there it was spur of the moment. The first time we were supposed to stay at another place but it was going to rain and all they could provide was a tent so we hopped on the bike for a look around. We took a random route and saw the sign for the...

I love this place. It is located in natural forest which was well-organized. Gardening is fabulous and refreshing. Breakfast did not have many options but was clean and satisfactory. I stayed at a bungalow which was cozy and clean. It had a canopy to protect me from bugs. The staff members were friendly and caring (The manager Tom was excellently...

Marisa Boutique Resort & Spa shows attention to detail in the way the gardens are laid out and maintained. We particularly enjoyed the Chom Doi chalet we had booked, as it offered a beautiful view of the trees and the little stream below. The staff we very friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant and memorable.

A very quite and relaxing hotel, the room with balcony was exceptionally clean overlooking a small lake. Used the restaurant for our evening meal, everything was cooked fresh (expect to wait a while) and the portions were huge. We can certainly recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet we stayed on a Thursday night so we are not...

Dear Neil, Thank you for staying at our nature park resort in Chiang Dao and your review in Tripadvisor. Even if we are fully booked, the resort is still very quiet, as we are on 80 000 m2 and the rooms are spread out over the resort. Once again thank you for staying and hopefully we can welcome you again...

Stayed here for a night during a road trip in the Chiang Mai region. Overall a very good experience, staff very friendly and helpful, good food, cool location in a wooded area and clean rooms with AC and free wifi throughout the resort. The only slight dampener on the stay was the breakfast but considering the price paid was pretty...

Dear Matthew, Thank you for staying at our nature park resort in Chiang Dao and your review in TripAdvisor. In the rainy season (May-Oct) you might face some problems about the mozzies during daytime, but this is everywhere in Thailand and the tropics. In "winter" season or dry season (Nov-Mar/Apr) we hardly have any mozzies. Maybe some around dawn. In...

We went to Marisa to escape the noise of Chiang Mai and stayed for 7 nights with 2 young children. Beautiful scenery surrounds the resort which is lovely and quiet. Staff are very helpful and thoughtful (when it started raining, umbrellas appeared for us outside our room). The resturant on site provides good food in a wonderful an fresco setting....
