We chose this hotel for the location of a business trip which was ideal. The staff were excellent and really polite. On the downside the hotel itself was a let down. Parking is extra which is ridiculous. A bottle of water in the room was £3.99. WiFi was charged at £15 a day and the mattresses were rock solid. To...

Lovely pool, great breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. They made a lot of fuss of our little girl and sorted a cot for the room and a space for the pram at breakfast. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Visited for four nights when attending a birthday party at the hotel. Have stayed here many times and as always the accommodation, staff and food were good. The birthday party was excellent with the room made to look very special and the buffet food was well presented, good quality and plentiful. The staff were excellent and efficient.Well done Hilton.

OK so we was working in the area and the hotel was having a 40% off deal! Compared to the others on offer it was a no brainer! The hotel, it's facilities and the room was excellent as you would expect from a Hilton, the hot cookie on arrival was amazing! The reason I have given this 3 stars is...

Overnight stop with breakfast. Room was comfy and spacious, evening meal was delicious and breakfast was just as tasty. Only quibble was bar closed early and no reception staff visible or on hand to offer drinks afterwards. Booked on booking.com and good deal obtained
