We stayed in this hotel for the night. It was ok. Clean. Comfortable. Overmanned reception (4 people behind it with no customers) all busied themselves and ignored us for quite a while when we arrived. A loud "hello" seemed to attract their attention away from their screens and inter-colleague chats after a few minutes. They apologised: they had all been... More

We visited Doubletree Bradley Stoke today for an afternoon tea. The service was reasonable, however I felt there were improvements to be made. I did not feel the afternoon tea was of a high standard, 3 small sandwiches between 2 people, a scone each and a small strawberry tart is very inferior compared to other establishments. The sandwiches were supposed... More

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Pre booked my room and complimentary towels and toothbrushes neither of which were in the room when I booked in. To be fair when I mentioned this I was given some free drinks at the bar as a goodwill gesture. I stay at this hotel often and will continue as I like both... More

Booked a room for my daughter to attend a wedding, the room was dirty, mould on the shower curtain and towels with stains on them. When reported all were to be rectified but only the towels were replaced. I booked the room via my account as a diamond member, this was not acknowledged and a lower level room supplied. On... More

We are a group bookingthat stayed 21st/22nd October. As everyone knows pleasing a varied group of people is a challenge at the best of times. So Hats off to this Hilton Hotel who delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Our rooms had recently been re-furbished so were fresh & appealing, comfy beds was the icing on top of the... Bristol seems a popular city to visit particularly towards Christmas, and good value accommodation can be hard to find, hence why we plumped for staying here. We only really needed a bed for the night close to the City, so the industrial estate location didn't bother us. There are some good aspects to the hotel-rooms are pretty good, the pool... More

Dear Jenny H, Thank you so much for your feedback following your recent stay with us. It was great to hear that you enjoyed your overall stay and particularly enjoyed the rooms, our leisure facilities and our breakfast and service was good. I was concerned to read your comments about your disappointment that there was no lift available in the... More

Went on business. Tried to move us to another hotel but resisted. They did this whilst travelling and would have created a big problem as the next day we needed to be at the hotel for a conference. Worked out in end but nothing like the treatment expected. Other than that very good location and good food.
