We went to this hotel as a group of friends from around the country were meeting up. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bar was relaxing and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate so you would need a car to get into Bristol.

A group of eight of us had booked for the Friday Xmas party night. When we arrived a large party of over 50 had cancelled the previous day. This left just three tables in with the disco. The other two groups kicked up a fuss due to the lack of atmosphere. So the management offered a full refund plus a...

Charity Ball fund raising for the Charlton Farm Children's Hospice SW and the hotel staff helped us tremendously. It seemed that everyone couldn't do enough to help. The conference rooms were laid out beautifully and the bar staff on the night were very generous, even they made a donation to the cause. Thank you

Nothing was too much trouble we stayed as part of a wedding party. The function room, bedrooms and facilities were excellent. The food at the wedding reception, evening function and at breakfast was very good. Special diets were catered for. The staff were smart and considerate, nothing was too much trouble.

My husband and I spent the 25th March at the Hotel, rooms clean and tidy but bed small and hard. .We wanted to go into the city centre receptionist did not know if there was a park and ride we could use or how many miles it was into the city. Bar very expensive. Breakfast although plenty of choice was cold.

We stayed for one night only and felt welcome and looked after from the minute we arrived. The cookies that we were given when we booked in were appreciated. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the shower pressure good. The bar area was relaxing. The pool was busy so I decided against swimming. That was also prompted by...

Good hotel, good meeting rooms and facilities. Rooms are good for business use. Love cation with all the roadworks probably not great for city break but would be happy to revisit. Bar staff and selection was very good especially serving a team of 25 at once.

Used this as a stopover on the way to and back from Cornwall. The location is excellent near the motorway and it is so much nicer than other motel type options being a full service hotel. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was well cooked and excellent. The high light though was the friendliness and helpfulness of the...

This hotel is in a good position, just off the motorway and an easy drive to the city! It is clean and has good facilities, service excellent! It's rooms are well equipped, good shower etc!! It's major failing is the bed, why oh why can't hotels realise that if the bed is bad the other good stuff is just fluff!...
