Every thing about this hotel seems to be average, and even some of the points can be rated "good" others fall into "bad"... The architecture itself is quite nice and modern, with a nice (small) "infinite" pool overlooking the river. Breakfast in room is quite good! with a very reasonable additional tax. Location is not so great, far away from...

Nice and clean and modern hotel. Reception staff are very good and cannot do enough for you, however the Restaurant staff are a bit hit and miss.We arrived on a Sunday morning to find that our room was not yet ready(which was fair enough as we know it was stated in the holiday brochure Check in 3 p.m.) We were...

Bit doubtful when arrived on Sunday, weather didn't help Sunday feeling gloomy and rainy and few houses and one shop and no cashpoint, nearest one portimao. A bit distance from local shops and transport link. Will need a cab at most case and local transport closes early. Was a bit disappointed that a 4* hotel didn't provide free in room tea. Overall nice and peaceful. If you have a late flight that didn't let us stay in room.

Very affordable hotel, designed to a very modern minimalist look - made great Instagram photos and the infinity pool was a treat too! Breakfast was very fresh although basic and there's not many lunch / dinner choices but overall I had a great experience here! The local restaurants do incredible food that's fresh and very cheap!!

Nice hotel, right on the river bank. Comfortable rooms, nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Adequate breakfast, with plenty of fresh fruit. Perfect for families, even those with small kids. I recommend the bedrooms facing the sunset, amazing view over Portimão. Avoid the first floor rooms, if possible

Rooms were clean and tidy but what stop me giving them a higher mark is the food is absolutely disgusting, wasn't freshly cooked warmed up from the Microwave and as for all inclusive which is what we were, don't do it as the selection of food all came from a menu list which never had much choice. Not a lot...

We were due to stay here for 5 days and upon arrival were very disappointed when we looked around prior to checking in ... so much so that we called our agent and managed to cancel so as to rebook elsewhere. Winter (Christmas & New Year) are off peak and nothing was set up for any guests that had booked....
