My son and I stayed with Nathalie and Corentin at this amazing country home. We were offered the spacious and glamorous Lahire suite which had a an enormous bathroom, two bedrooms and a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a welcome change from hectic cities to stay in Meulan with the train to Paris 40mins. The local station...

Very welcoming owners to a lovely traditional French property being beautifully restored. We stayed for one night and it was perfectly located for a wedding we were attending. For users of Tom Tom sat navs, be aware that you may not be able to set "Number 25" Rue Des Annonciades, but only "22". Our car Sat Nav was OK tho....

Stayed here with 4 generations of family from 1 yr old to 80 yr old. We had the top floor with a large room, with great views, for us with a room of the side for our daughter and beautiful en-suite bathroom. Our son and daughter in law and their baby had their own room with en-suite next to us...

This is a wonderful place to stay - a million miles away from a faceless hotel with indifferent staff. Nathalie welcomed us so warmly and showed us to our rooms - each with different decor and outlook to the extensive grounds. We had a fabulous home cooked meal served at a large table in the garden - delicious salad, tasty...

Stayed here on our way back from visiting Monet's garden. Truly a treat. The house has been lovingly restored and the owners are quite open to sharing the details with you. I stayed with my teenage son, and Nathalie and her husband were quite accommodating, touring us around the premise and were quite friendly to my son as well. We...

Lovely stay in friendly, welcoming, charming old house two minutes walk from Thun-Le-Paradis station in Meulan. We had the two room suite and this worked well for us. Extremely large top-floor room with fabulous views across the Seine valley. The beds were very large and quite firm (perfect for us!). Breakfast is simple but filling and includes plenty of home-made...

Lovely hotel, charming and well located five minutes walk from railway station whihc give 45 minute access to Paris and the Metro. Friendly owners who can offer an excellent evening meal. I can recommend this highly. Meulan is also a lovely village with weekend markets, a wide variety of little shops and walks along the River Seine.

Researching a place to stay for a week-end to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday, I came upon this chambre d'hôte not far from where we live (Paris/St Denis). Les Tourelles is a lush late-19th century villa still set in its original huge walled garden (a rarity so close to Paris). You will find on its doorstep north the marvellous Vexin...

We stayed here on our way back to England and found a house full of history whose owners restoration plans and stories from the past were fascinating. Rooms were huge, spotless and really nicely furnished. We shared a really good evening meal with them and, rested, were ready to continue our journey after a delicious breakfast of crusty baguette and...
