Nice place, well decorated, super attentive and helpful staff, clean rooms, excellent bedding and bathrobes, air conditioning, great shower. The pool is air-conditioned and nice to spend the end of the day. The guesthouse is relatively close to the beach (walk from approx. 10 minutes, a little less). We could pick up towels, chairs and sunscreen to take to the beach. Breakfast is very varied, with cakes, homemade cakes, tapiocas (to order), juices, etc. The only point is that it starts at 8am. Bring repellent because in the morning and the end of the day, the drunkards attack! Another tip: Near the guesthouse there is a restaurant per kg called Bambu (recommend). This end of year was our third time at Toca da Praia and what I can say is that every time we return we find a better accommodation every day. From the initial care until the check-out, everything is done with a lot of kindness, care and attention to the details, surely the excellent care is the big difference. Every very attentive team provided us with a much better Revival than we imagined. The environment was with great energy, delicious food, the mimos during the stay, the joy of everyone was very contagious, out the caring treatment with our 4-legged daughter. It is definitely our favorite place in Maresias and we will always be happy to come back. I wish you an excellent 2025, much success and gratitude. The location of the inn is great (paved street) and easy access. 2 blocks from the beach, bakery, etc. We arrived before check in time and were given access to the bathroom, swimming pool, parking and common areas, which made all the difference for us. I stayed on the top floor with a beautiful view of the pool and a hammock on the balcony, and very good room service. The breakfast is exceptional. The experience at the inn met our expectations. Everything was very organized, attentive and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with several options, beautiful, clean and organized room, unique amenities, beach service, pool bar, bonfire at night, ambient music. Anyway, I highly recommend this guesthouse in Maresias! We will definitely come back on other occasions.
