Includes chairs and sunscreen to take to the beach. Excellent breakfast, super complete and great service as well. Outdoor area with pool and rest spaces, plus park and pool table. Worth the cost benefit. Just be aware of days and changes in your reservation because they will reconsider the floating value for the day of the change and not the previous one you had booked.

Now we went with our 1 year old baby, there we found all the ideal facilities for her, playground, saline pool (does not irritate the eyes or the skin as there is no or very little chlorine) and heated with an island where the baby can stay playing, running without the parents worrying. Our stay in Maresias was perfect! The guesthouse is on a very busy street with bars and restaurants, 5 minutes from the beach. The room is very spacious, comfortable beds, great shower, very clean, breakfast with plenty of options, hotel restaurant very good and at an honest price. We requested to change the room because the room we were in had a small balcony with stones and our elderly dog was unable to walk there, we asked to change to the room next door where the balcony had synthetic grass, and they promptly accommodated our request. It has a great outdoor space for children and pets.
If I had to find something to improve, it would be the internet as the network is weak in the rooms, but works well outside.
