The towels provided are like wiping yourself with cardboard, and are definitely C grade. Good towels are a basic requirement. Could not open the sliding balcony door, wheels have collapsed. Staff good, room adequate.

Went for a family lunch. Meals were good, came out quickly. Our server Brandon was a real asset, he had good knowledge of menu and made our experience. A good selection of dishes on menu including vegan. Ordering via App which made it easy & quick. Will be back again.

Excellent new chef, tried many meals and they are all superb. Fantastic huge size Chicken Snitties! Kids area and wheelchair access. Renovated recently and the best part is the new chef and all the food. I’m a regular and so are many other locals finding this hidden gem of a feed!

I had booked 3 weeks prior as we had a birthday to attend and coming from 3 hours away. when we arrived i went to get someone from the bar as noone was in office she said someone coming... waited 10 mins and asked again. A lady came and didnt even say Hello just grunted. She took my ID i had out ready and gave me back a key said room 5 and that was that.... The room at first glance looked nice. My partner and daughter (11months) went in there was a hole in the wall... The glass back sliding door didnt run on the runners... it kept.coming off... the pillows are as thin as paper and no extra pillows or blankets in cupboards (too bad if you were cold) when i went to have a shower the taps literally scream at you they are so loud... there were caterpillar type bugs in the bathroom and found in sink next morning... went to make a coffee with what was provided and only stevia sugar... no raw or white. absolute waste of money. i am exhausted as hardly could sleep. DONT STAY HERE!

For those wanting a vegetarian meal. Forget about it. Went for dinner & only chips were available. So while others ate from the limited menu, the vegetarians had no meal. I wouldn't rate this venue at all.

The rooms are huge! with a full kitchenette, countertops, cupboards and breakfast bar - the bathroom is luxurious and massive , soft beds, comfy couch and a private balcony . The price is nearly too cheap The staff are great and the housekeeping ladies are phenomenal. The only issue I have to complain about is, it's always fully booked !

Been here many times before for lunch and dinner. Usually they are happy to substitute the chips for vegetables in the kids menu. There are no kids meals that include vegetables. However tonight the smug lady serving was most unhelpful claiming that they don’t do that but we could pay an extra $12 for vegetables on the side. No thanks, we will go to the Burpengary Tavern.
