First of all, Denise Pardini, and her wonderful staff, understand how to make you feel welcome. We were staying there as part of a group tasting our way through Barolo. Our room was large and comfortable, on the second (3rd, top) floor and looked down onto the inner court yard. We throughly enjoyed three feasts during our weeklong stay. Denise's...

Everything said in previous positive reviews is true, totally exceeded expectations in every way. We were so fortunate to have 4 dinners at the hotel restaurant; outstanding, creative, beautiful cuisine. We enjoyed Room 16/Chapel Suite as it has its own entrance and two chairs on a small private patio. Our favorite activities were the Cooking Class with Piergiorgio in Bossolasco...

Hotel Castillo di Sinio was a most special place, as if one has stepped out of the real world and into a luxurious, secret corner of beautiful Italy! Denise Pardini, the owner, has thought of every detail for her guests' comfort. Aside from being a gracious, helpful hostess, Denise created the best meals of our Piedmonte experience. The castle and...

I stay here whenever I get to the Langhe because, simply, there is no place like it! Innkeeper Denise and her staff spoil you from the second you arrive and the amenities, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the manicured grounds are amazing. You'll lack for nothing! And Denise's kitchen is easily one of the best in the area and...

We had the pleasure of staying a week on a guided wine and cultural tour at Hotel Castello di Sinio. The setting was magical. We were greeted by the proprietor, Denise and swept up to into the hotel. Our room was a little small for us, but we hardly were in it. It was well furnished and lovely. Our group...

My fiance and I had the pleasure of staying in Castello di Sinio during our trip to Piemonte in August of 2016. From the moment we arrived we were awestruck by the amazing setting - it is nestled into a quaint, very private town with gorgeous views of the surrounding hills and wineries. The property is a restored castle and...

We stayed at Castello di Sinio for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. We stayed in a beautiful suite with 2 bathrooms. I cannot begin to describe how beautiful and comfortable the suite is. It is quiet, serene, and romantic. This property is a restored castle and it is obviously a labor of love. Everything - the furnishings,...

We had an amazing stay in this quite unique restored castle. While we have traveled and stayed in a number of 5 star hotels we have never had the attention to details and our comfort as we had here. Denise is truly an amazing woman and her staff is held to the highest standard and it shows. They arranged for...

Perhaps we've never experienced luxury hotels - but here the service , rooms , food - in short , everything was amazing from even just arriving when the car was descended upon by 4 staff to unload and park it whilst Denise delivered her welcome speech with glasses of prosecco . There were lots of little touches throughout our stay...

My husband and I stayed three nights in this absolutely beautiful hotel. Denise, the owner and restorer of the castle, did a spectacular job. The grounds and garden are stunning and the hotel itself is picture perfect. We dined two nights and experienced wonderful meals each night. Denise is also the chef. Her warm hospitality and helpfulness cannot be matched....
