Lovely hotel in quiet location yet easy access to the temple. Large bedroom and large bathroom - very clean. Good restaurant for breakfast and dinner (closed at lunchtime). Next door to the hotel is a supermarket where you can purchase everything you may need. Friendly staff throughout the hotel.

My elderly mother and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Chichén Itzá, right on the main street in the small town of Pisté. The pool and deck in the inner courtyard are very recently renovated, clean, and beautiful. Rocking chairs are set out in front of each room to relax in the shade. The rooms are clean and comfortable,... More

So I'm re-posting this review as apparently there is no way to simply edit an existing review (Tripadvisor took down my previous review without saving its text when I asked for it to be Edited!) and no way to reply to hotel's management comments directly either :-( Here is the review: So we've stayed at this hotel for 1 night... There most have been a reason TripAdvisor did not publish your review. I find your comments out of place, with total disregard for the truth, with total lack of respect for our collaborators. In short, offensive. I do not know what drove you to write this. SAD. Very sad. More

If you visit Chichen Itza, you need more than one day to explore and enjoy the whole site. You may also want to visit the home town of the Archaeological Site which is Piste, Yucatan and try their local street food or the local restaurants. The people there are very friendly and accessible and the Hotel Chichen Itza in Piste... More

We had Chichen Itza planned for one day of adventure but we ended up sharing that day at Valladolid. So be the time we made it to the archaeology site it was closed. So we took a taxi to the next town and found this hotel. The price was great and the owner was helpful. Room was cleaned. Their restaurant... More

Close to the ruins - ca 1.5km. Hotel has a nice pool and is very quite. Rooms are a bit older but very clean and have a proper bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Only upside is that the WiFi is quite weak.

Taxi a standard 40 pesos to and from the ruins. Room was superior with two beds and coffee maker. Shower and tub. Nice little bottles of toiletries.Service excellent, especially Marcelino, upon check-in and Ermilo on check-out. Plenty parking. Also, there is an ADO luxury bus going back to Cancun at 4:30 pm. If the restaurant is closed, there is a... More

Wonderful hotel with beautful well kept grounds. Rooms are spacious with air conditioning. I would reccommend the first floor as the second floor rooms did not have as good of access to the pool area. Very quiet hotel. English is spoken here as well as Spanish. Very comfortable beds. In room coffee and HUGE tubs with plenty of hot water... More

The staff here was very attentive to our every need! Entrance is nice and rooms are clean. Beds and linens aren't the greatest, but shower was warm. Hotel grounds are well-kept and restaurant was clean and food was good. No other decent food options in town.

This is one of the better places to stay in Piste, but its just about OK. We paid extra for an inward facing room to avoid being roadside (having read the reviews on Trip Advisor), but it was still very noisy. External music until the early hours, dogs all night. The room soundproofing was poor. On the plus side, it... More
