We originally booked for 2 nights as we wanted to go to Etnaland. The location - nothing around the hotel to see or do - Surrounding area was a bit run down - lots of litter around the roads and quite industrial. Etna land very good indeed. The hotel was family run. Room ok, bathroom was large. Breakfast quite poor... More

Nothing really to complain about except the smell both at reception as well as in the coridors/rooms. Other than that quite convenience place only minutes away from Etna Land Park and Acqua Park. Clean and spacious room and good breakfast.

Stayed here with family (2 kids, 2 adults) between a visit to Etnaland (water park during day, theme park at night) and a trip up mount Etna the following day. Lovely family feel to the hotel & well laid out. Much more homely & unique than a travelodge type place. Very welcoming staff though limited English (as limited as my... More

The Gentleman at reception is very friendly and very helpful although he seemed in great pain due to his health condition. Also were the two other ladies who were very helpful when needed help, with internet connection and also assistance at breakfast. They build a family environment. The only thing - the breakfast is very basic - could have a... More

This was such a pretty hotel with the most amazingly sweet smelling tree outside - but they didn't know the name ! We had a large room with a huge balcony - views of Etna from one side of it. So much parking and out in the country, so no hassle. We walked to a lovely restaurant called L'Amico Fritz... More

Lovely man at the reception. Went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. Nice clean hotel, big rooms, aircon. Isolated in the country side but very close to ETNAPOLIS for shopping and ETNALAND Waterpark. Regular bus service to Catania central station. Lovely view of Mount ETNA.

We only stayed at this hotel to be close to Entaland water park and that we could walk there - this was not the case. There is no taxi service close to the hotel and no restaurant open (2 close by but shut) we had to go to bed without dinner. Do not stay there if you do not have... More
