Hotel's Favourite
Older type of hotel more than 20 walk from town. We only started in a budget double room - however there are very good apartment type rooms available. Quite a small room due to cupboards that use to house fridge, stove top etc. (All actual fittings had been removed from our room.) There is direct access to the river from the hotel. Good continental breakfast available. Helpful reception staff with limited English.

We have been going on vacation in different seasons for 5 years.
We can presume that we enjoy:
A very good value for money
It is the ideal place for our dogs
Tranquility and silence within nature
Very clean, with large and spacious rooms and bathrooms
But despite all this, the best thing is the Personal treatment. Jean Christophe et Maxime, Valerie, Anthony et Amandine welcome us warmly and make it very difficult for us to return to daily life. You are very beautiful people and first-class professionals.
You love your work and we experience it on every trip.

2.5 km away from the thermal baths which helps us to do our daily sport with a good walk, the place is removed from the noise of the city, the entire welcome and service is very friendly

Very good short stay in a pleasant and refreshing setting. We greatly appreciate access to the river to rest and observe birds. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Castel Emeraude was an absolute gem of a find. Not only was it a such a great value hotel but it’s set in a very beautiful setting. Unfortunately due to COVID we wasn’t able to sample the dinner we was hoping, however the staff offered us up some variety of meat and cheese that went down very well.

Nice place at a great location with friendly people and lovely rooms. Easy going staff after correct check in time is reached, extension of stay exceeded expectations. Hence cool place to visit and there are nice walking options around the hotel.
