This restaurant is located on the shore of a secluded small lake which is incredibly blue and surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape. The restaurant is romantic and the food is delicious (but a bit expensive). We loved the trout dishes. the service is a bit slow, but this is a place to relax and enjoy and not rush.

The place looked very nice, the view was excellent, but the food was terrible. We've ordered two trouts and they were overcooked, potatoes that came with it were not fully cooked. Furthermore, our waiter was rude. When I told to one of the hostess that I couldn't eat the dish, she only said...

... it starts at the entry place with a unfriendly woman, followed by the staff in the restaurant. the only highlight was the boots man. he seemed to be a real native. the rest of the staff looked imported. when i asked a question, i feelt better not asking. its a shame that this place is not better staff.

Then you have to heave those bags through the hotel and up a staircase to...

We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant after hearing great things about it but were hugely disappointed. Externally, the Blausee restaurant fits the bill, spacious, smart, overlooking the tiny blue jewel of a lake, with attentive staff, but we should have been warned--the place was empty (there was just one other table of 4). The prices were on the steep...
