TRS Coral at Costa Mujeres is the ideal place for adults, we understand the COVID-19 issue and really missed the DJ/Live Music by the TRS pool and the CHIC Cabaret this time. We stayed at this hotel last year (Feb/2020 -awesome vacation) and we can see the pandemic still a big concern and TRS/Palladium Hotel taking health measures to keep all guests safe. We are Palladium Travel Club members since 2010, this "club" is for people/families who love to travel and it is not for everyone, if you want to save money and travel around the world then take a look to the PTC benefits, this is not a "timeshare" pitch. Our visit to TRS-Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres again was a great experience, we tried all a la carte restaurants at TRS and Grand Palladium. The Gaucho, Boheme, Tentazione, Helios and Capricho are excellent choices, Jose at Gaucho provided great service and food/wine recommendations, Feliciano at the Boheme/Tentazione provided great service and food/wine recommendations, Roger/Dayana at the TRS bars did great on recommending cocktails/spirits and the night show at TRS with singers and dancers was a different experience, loved the every night a different theme. At Adelita restaurant (mexican food) Carolina and Michel recommended excellent choices on food/drinks, thanks to both. At the Japanese/Sushi Rest Chef Jorge did above and beyond customer satisfaction with his own sushi creations, big applause to Jorge. If you like sushi then go there and ask Jorge for his own creations. Zentropia Spa is a most do to relax and enjoy a massage, ask for Desi. Gym is another place to enjoy with trainer Marco. Rooms at TRS are luxurious, well maintain and in pristine condition. Concierge Carlos and Santiago took care of all of our needs and wants. It is hard to remember all the staff names, but all people at TRS/Grand Palladium do their best job for all guests to enjoy an awesome vacation.…

First class service. Upgrade to the loft suite, you won’t be sorry! Perfect secluded 5 diamond getaway! Nadal Tennis facility on site, mid century modern decor but only built 3 years ago. We will be back. Our “butlers” Gin and Martin treated us like royalty and were extremely thoughtful, but not intrusive.

Hello, We arrived at the TRS coral on Saturday and are staying until Friday February 19th. When we checked in, we were asked if we wanted to upgrade from a swim up suite to a beachfront swim up for $240 from Monday to Friday. After some hesitation, we decided to as we are celebrating our honeymoon. We have just switched rooms and are staying in room 2036. We are extremely disappointed as our view is sub par, the room name is very misleading as it is not beachfront but merely pool front with no privacy and very little view. Once we checked online, this room is available for only $20 additional dollars a night. Our tv is currently not working and we did not receive a bottle of champagne. When we went back to the front desk, Edith did not try to rectify the situation. Again, we are extremely disappointed especially for the price we payed to stay here and for the service at the front desk. Never mind being hassled to become members of the palladium club “timeshare”. I must say that the other staff throughout the resort are friendly and the food has been wonderful However, this experience has been very disappointing and will deter us from staying at any of your other resorts in the future…
