Was granted a early check in. Bar and restaurant staff are very welcoming and even remember names of guests and their preference in drinks. Reception staff could be more friendly. Good beach and it was great to relax at the pool. And also a big plus; everything was a bit of a walk from my room, so it balanced all the drinks ;)

Loved the resort. My wife and I are already planning our next trip next year. COVID changed a few things offered, but the staff went above and beyond to make everything as normal as possible. The location was beautiful and everything needed was on sight.

The service at the RIU is spectacular. EVERYONE is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The beach is beautiful all of the staff members were incredibly delightful from the door-man down to housekeeping. My only regret is I was not able to stay longer.

This resort is the best. The staff, service, and cleanliness are the best I've seen in my 30 years of visiting Mexico. I am especially impressed by the management and how they interact with the guest. I can't remember ever experiencing this any other resort I have stayed at.

Great vacation, stayed here for 10 days. They did their best to keep everyone safe. Masks, sanitizer, 15 min change out of tongs for the buffets. *Lili at the breakfast was our favorite! She was so attentive and on top of keeping the coffee and juice topped off. She knew us from day one we were there. Definitely seek her out!!!! She is the sweetest, miss her. *We would go to the buffet for desserts to end the evening, our man Augusto is the man! He made us a heart for our anniversary. Loved the special touch. Piano bar ILCE, super sweet and always cheerful. The entertainment crew did their best to keep people entertained, Manuel alway up for a good laugh. *Since the swim up bars were closed our main men Thomas and Miguel knew exactly what we wanted. Then when I was ready to change it up, made the best recommendations. Had my own cup and never had to hunt them down for refills. They were on top of it, no matter if I was at the beach or pool. Brenda Baby is my kind of girl! She loves to joke around and gave my husband the sass he needed. Love her! *Food was not up to my expectations, I felt that most of the entrees at the restaurant I could have gotten at the buffet. It was all pretty decent food, just would have enjoyed more of a variety a bit more. The late night snack area was a great option. *The pool was nice enjoyed the bar stools & tables. The hot tub in the spa was nice -it’s free to use!!!!! Most people don’t know that. We did get a spa credit for everyday each, but it was only for the most expensive massage-bummer. Probably would have used it if it was a cheaper massage and then did upgrades. *They did a fantastic job at keeping the beach clean and debris free. If you want shells try and go early or walk down the beach, it is soft both ways. *Waterslides were fast and a lot of fun-yes adults can use them too. Will definitely go to another Riu again. …
