First of all the staff at the front desk was not friendly at all, so that was our first impression, we had paid for the family selection loft suite king bed, which is the most expensive option. when we got there, we went to the suite and it turns out to be 2 queen beds, there was staining on the floor, the mini fridge had rust and it did not look safe, I made a huge deal and had a manager come out, they switched us the next day to a better room with king bed, also to get an ocean front, its $50 a night extra...the food was not the best, they have 1 buffet open for breakfast, one buffet open for lunch and they serve the same exact food everyday, and for dinner they had only 4 restaurants open and every night you had to make a reservation between 2 restaurants cause they open 2 restaurants at a time and the next day they open the other 2 and so on. We only liked the japanese restaurant So we had a tough time with the food on the nights it wasnt open. Also if youre not in family selection, you pay $10 per for every room service. The pools are very nice and the overall look of the resort is very appealing, the rest of the staff is very friendly. If you like sweets and good desserts, this place is not for you, we didnt like any desserts that they had.…

We had the Best time ever since the first day we arrived. Sergio, Diego, and Rogelio from the Splash Bar were awesome. We were always treated like VIP’s. Ricardo (lifeguard) was also always alert and ready to help with whatever we needed. Sergio and Diego took time to play catch with our son. Even with the pandemic going on we always felt safe. Can’t wait to be back!

We had a terrific dinner tonight at La Adalita in the village. Our server, Richard was beyond amazing. He went out of his way to make our night superb. He offered us a special meal and it was truly delicious. Richard was very professional, thoughtful and provided us with a fantastic experience.

We stayed here 4 nights and the resort was wonderful! My daughter loved the kids club - miss Becky, miss Erika and miss juney really went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy and enjoying her vacation. My daughter went to kids club every day!! She came home with so many cute crafts and memories. Big plus, we got adult time. Thanks kids club! Resort food was great, service was amazing. We will def be coming back. Rooms were clean and beautiful - we stayed in the family loft - best room we have ever stayed in in the Cancun area.
