The B&B Torremerlata is a fine structure in the early twentieth-century style, built in tuff and red bricks. The rooms, double with possible third bed, are very well-finished, furnished with air-conditioning, TV and stereophonic installation. Bathrooms are decorated with nice Vietri pottery. All the rooms have a nice kitchen, are provided with a delightful terrace and face the garden and, in the distance, the sea. When it is sunny, a typical Neapolitan breakfast is served on a pretty terrace that enjoys a fine view over the bay and the Vesuvius. The entrance of the various units, placed at level ground, is assured by a common hall door, while the front door is independent from the structure in order to guarantee full freedom and privacy to customers. The B&B is situated in a crucial point and is well linked to public transport, therefore to the most famous cities of art and Campania’s seaside. The indispensable services or amusements are available near the structure: shops, pharmacy, drug-store, pizza-shop, restaurants, even a typical English pub.

This B & B has potential, but unfortunately the experience is average at best. The rooms are ok, but the breakfast is a packaged croissant and toast placed out the day before. On 1 day no breakfast was provided as the host had overslept and...More
