Pascale and Jacques are charming and helpful hosts. The Chateau is truly grand; our room spacious with a lovely view. Grande Noe is a peaceful country retreat-a happy antidote for the sometime busy pace of touring. Heartily recommend.

We stayed in one of the charming tree houses with our two boys, ages 7 and 9. It was the highlight of our 10 day stay in France and our boys did not want to leave. The treehouse are magical and whimsical and a truly unique and charming experience. They are very clean and warm, even in very cold weather...

Stayed one night in the big tree house in the dark old wood. The tree house is suspended about 25 m from the ground between the tallest pine teed and a nearby oak. At night everything is quiet apart from the chirp of the crickets and an owl hoot. The house is like something from lord of the rings but...

My wife, two adult children and myself stayed here while we were in the area for a wedding. It is a beautiful area and the hospitality of the owners of the Chateau, Pascal and her husband Jacques, was tremendous. They are both fine people and great hosts. The chateau and its grounds are very nice and we felt like we...

It was such a delight to be able to stay as a guest in this beautiful chateau, maintained with such style and grace by our charming and hospitable French hosts, descended from the original owners. A spectacular formal garden. A woodland with tree houses! Excellent restaurants nearby. Beautiful Normandy at its unspoilt best

My daughter (age 15) and I came to France for the World Equestrian Games. La Grande Noe was our first night in France. It was the PERFECT start to our France experience! We arrived mid afternoon and took the time to explore the beautiful grounds of the estate, to pet all the sweet animals and to check out the whimsical...

We spent two nights in tow different tree houses in La Grande Noe. The tree houses are charming, clean and very comfortable. We prefer the one which was more tucked away, as we loved the seclusion and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods. Agnes, the owner, is very helpful and speaks excellent English. Breakfast was delicious,...

We spent two days at la Grande Noe, sleeping in one of the tree houses. It was a wonderful experience for the first to the last moment. The owners are so nice. This trip was for our granddaughter's 16th birthday which included Paris and several other magical places-but she fell in love with the Chateau de la Grande Noe and Jacques. She described our stay in this charming chateau as exceeding her wildest expectations. The warmth of the hosts, the lovely breakfasts-complete with fresh apple juice and homemade jams, the linens, horses...

This place is so wonderful, our host and hostess could not have been more helpful, hospitable and gracious. They make their own apple juice which is delicious beyond words. The Chateau is not large but is a treasure. The countryside is beautiful, the local towns and restaurants were great. Great place for families, couples or singles. The tree houses are...
