It is a 23 acre property, with lot of activities inside the farm like trekking, birding, bamboo rafting and few more. The owner Mr. Ernest has created this paradise (I must say) with lots of love and creativity and it's easily noticeable when you walk across cottages with different concepts. It's in middle of a jungle, inside tree estate, so before coming here you have to leave behind your wish to experience city life.
I was amazed by everything there - their incomparable hospitality, finger licking food, beautiful small team to take care, walk in between the trees, 🔥, candle light traditional dinner, and rooms are so clean and b'ful. I went there as a solo traveller and enjoyed the most.
I FELT ONE WITH NATURE. Complete detox from daily hustle bustle of city life.
Lots of recommendations.

Beautiful Locations of Tea and Coffee Gardens, with lot of activities like bamboo rafting, cycling, fishing, playing area for children's and adults, etc. You can relax by pond in Hammock or Swimming Pool Bench. Specious Rooms & Great View from the rooms of Nature. Specially in the morning you feel like heaven. Delicious Organic food, Candle light dinner with Campfire. Special thanks to Satish and Santosh for their Service & Kitchen team for delicious food every time. Since it is in Natures Lap you don't feel like need of Air Conditioning, it's naturally Cool Place away from all hassle.

It's a peaceful place out from the city environment. If you wanna get out of the stressful environment then this is the right place!! Good place for early morning bird watchers, and photographers. Quality food items. The service staff here are courteous and helpful. Clean washrooms. The best part was rafting and camp fire. Worth visiting this place. Will visit this place often.

My girlfriend and I spent three nights here in March 2015 and it was completely empty apart from us. This meant that we were treated like royalty and our room was upgraded from the Treehouse (lovely room) to the Orchid (large, even lovelier room!). Both rooms had amazing views from their balconies of the tea plantation and mountains. Just stunning!

The staff were really polite and helpful and helped us organise our day trips to areas around the Wayanad region with Thomas, a local Jeep driver. Although his English wasn't perfect, he was a great guide and we had the pleasure of seeing some beautiful places and some wild elephants!

The food was also really good and even though there were only two of us, we were given a great range of dishes to choose from for breakfast and dinner.

The only thing to note is that the wildlife sanctuaries of Muthanga and Tholpetty are closed during March and April as there are fears of forest fires. This meant we were slightly disappointed as we had not been warned of this before going and one of the reasons for going to Wayanad was to get closer to the wildlife. However, we were very fortunate in that we were able to see monkeys, deer and elephants from the road.

All in all, Greenex is a really nice place to stay, relax and re-energise in a very beautiful setting with extremely helpful staff.

We were a group of 40 plus with kids celebrating our college annual get-together..........we had a warm welcome by Teddy uncle (farm owner)who is a person who can get away with any age groups...be it kids , teens , couples ......very down to earth person who made our stay memorable.... and the stay was just awesome. good food, organic fruits and vegetables , smoke flavoured herbal water was the one i liked the most and also the refreshing lime juice when u just arrive .. this was the one that flattered us when we were wandering for a location........rooms and toilets were sparkling clean and no glimpse of dampness amidst the coffee estate....oil lamp lit during dinner is very appealing and welcomes u every time...staffs are well behaved and always at your service with a smile ...this farm has excellence in every bit...... those love to be with nature can chose this place for chill out......overall ....stay was good , enjoyed with friends ..it was very rejuvenating...i wish to visit this farm again and again...

I visited with my mother in January this year. It was a delightful experience. The staff were very welcoming and warm and very well-trained. They were polite and respectful and found the right balance between being discreet and yet very attentive. I was impressed by the extra attention they gave to my mother (who is quite old). The food was varied and plentiful and they do a marvellous job at dinner with a nice bonfire in the courtyard.
The property was lovely. The cabins were scattered around the coffee plantation in a way that one could enjoy privacy, yet the common areas invited interaction. There were various niches with hammocks or chairs to enjoy nature. The room we stayed in had a nice view of hills and tea plantations and we awoke to the plentiful chatter of birds.
We were lucky to have the owner Teddy around at the property during our stay. A delightful gentleman who makes great conversation.
All in all, Greenex found the sweet spot between nature and civilization. Highly recommended. Tip: Take your own alcohol along.

We went as family and friends trip to celebrate my wife's baby shower. Returned back with tons of memorable moments.

On Campus:
Acres of coffee and pepper plantaions with amazing views. Thoughtlfully designed rooms and landscapes. Worth the money.
On Parking:
Very thoughtful of owners to keep Parking next to every room and its easily accessible. Even near to pool and stream there is a parking so you no need to walk.
On activities:
Stream and Bamboo rafting is awesome. My 3 yr son and 7 yr golden retriever loved it. My golden love to swim and it is his paradise. Its every pets paradise.
Few of us dived into natural pool will feel childhood.
They also have fishing pond with fish rods but havent tried.
They have football and badminton courts and table tennis and they have all gears for same.
On room:
Spacious rooms and every room is unique. We booked Orchid, Treehouse, Tulip and Petunia. All are good.
On food:
Complimentary Breakfast on both days were good authuntic keral cuisine. Everyone loved it. Dinner was downside with high expensive buffet and wasnt taste good. Even they didnt have kerala's own beef roast. Next day lunch and dinner we had it outside which is rough 4km drive but if you visit 1980 restaurant in kalpetta byepass its worth a ride back from resort.
On Staff:
Staffs were smiling and helping. We can take dogs anywhere and they wont show faces. Kids messed up restaurant a lot but the staff were smiling and cleaning often. We met resort owner who talked volunteerly to us and he was friendly too.
We definetly plan another visit to this place again. And if you have PETS please visit atleast for your pets. They will love it.
