Easy check in, easy quick shuttle bus ride from airport (go down to where all of the hotel shuttle busses wait), clean room, good bed, good bathroom with individual door for toilet, need to pay local tax of about 2CHF even if you prepaid, low noise level, metallic shutters to block window noise and light at night. Building seems fairly new. Free breakfast with very good selection.

We were forced to leave the day we arrived due to travel bans across the world. After speaking to the front desk, they were unwilling to give a refund for the days following — said it was rule they needed to abide by.
They were friendly; however. Offered us breakfast when we arrived early, but do to the spread of the coronavirus, we avoided this. Hand sanitizer was displayed prominently by the elevators, asking all guests to use it before entering. Sanitizer was gone by the evening and not refilled.
Parking was confusing for us, as when we arrived, the gates were up and we were able to get right in, but not able to exit. Gentleman at the front desk went ahead and printed us a parking pass for the day as we were trapped. We were able to use this to get in and out. This definitely was a kind gesture given our very stressful circumstances.
I'm sure we would've had an eventful stay had we were able to relax and not have to catch the first flight back home.

There is a Migros supermarket & Subway next door. MacDonalds is around the corner. Rumlang train station is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
This was our second stay at the hotel.
Breakfast starts at 4.00 am which gives us ample time to catch an early flight.

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport (about 5 min taxi ride) and a 5 min walk from the train station Zurich Rumlang (a 15 min train ride to Zurich Hbf). A point for improvement is that the airport shuttle still is not back in business despite that most COVID restrictions are lifted (taxi is about 30 euro). The hotel is very near to the airport (you can see departing and incoming planes from close) but walls and windows are such that there is no noise coming into the rooms. Breakfast is very good with extensive supply of bread, croissants, fruit, rösti, scrambled eggs, cereals, milk and juices, etc. In a nutshell, I recommend this hotel!

Free shuttle to and back from airport. Hotel doesn't seem huge but it works very well. Check in employee was there at 7:30PM when we checked in and was there at 8:30AM when we had breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The rooms were incredibly efficient. Not too big but also not tiny...they were efficient like I said. For example, you had electrical plugs and USB connections on each side of the bed plus near the pull out sofa. The bathroom was designed in a way where the door could be used to close off the entire bathroom or to be able to close off the toilet area only - super practical especially when traveling with multiple family members. Super impressed and highly recommend especially with the rate I was able to get. We spent one night, had a light dinner and breakfast (included in rate) and paid around $169 Swiss francs! Great place.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zurich Airport for 3 nights at the end of December. The staffs provided great service both at Front Desk and restaurant. Breakfast was great but I think the restaurant is a little bit small as there were always busy during breakfast time. Breakfast time was from 4 a.m. which was quite good as our last day we had to take early flight, so we went to have breakfast at 4.30 a.m. The free shuttle service was nice, you had to book in advance for the departure trip. Our room was on the fifth floor, with view to the parking lot but on the New Year's Eve we can see the fireworks from our window which was really amazing. The location was great, about 10 minutes walk to railway station and few stops to the Zurich main central station. The room was quite big, with lot of space to put our luggage, many power outlets, comfy bedding, and friendly staff.

It starts off with the free airport pick up every 30 minutes, fast check in and very modern rooms. I enquired and was told the hotel was, 10 years old and the rooms were totally renovated 1 year ago.
The rooms are well designed, how may times have you tried to read in a hotel room. The lighting is fantastic, the beds very confortable with room to move around. The bathroom has a night light so not to disturb your partner. The room and bathroom were spotless and bright.
There is a coffee maker, hair dryer, Iron and free internet. Perfect.
The staff were very accommodating offering information on local travel and areas of interest.
The train is only a 10 minute walk away. It runs every 30 minutes into Zurich Main station.
The breakfast is included and more than ample.
For convivence I say at airport hotels if I'm flying out the next day. This was a great experience and far cheaper than staying downtown.

The location near the airport with easy shuttle service was a big plus; even better is that the hotel's thick walls and windows exclude any noise from flights in and out. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. The included breakfast had a great variety of options and plenty of seating (including outside).

I booked this room through Airbnb which included breakfast and a 3 course dinner.
The room was modern and comfy with plenty of sockets and a very comfy bed and good bathroom.
The quality of the food in the restaurant was better than we expected and the service was really excellent.
Overall, I felt what we received for the price we paid was definitely worth it.
The train station to get into Zurich is also only a short 5-10 minute walk away.

I found it fine …. There’s definitely less power/range below 19 degrees due to power consumption regulations, but the same in Spain and Germany right now
No. I have not come across such facility. One has
to purchase a Swiss Pass that is for 3 days onwards. It is much discounted and available on line. One can use this Pass for train and bus rides without restriction. There are some other discounts if you purchase this Pass.
I stayed in May 2022 and the shuttle is free of charge from hotel to the airport and coming back.
Hello Amanda. The last shuttle bus leaves at 23:20. You have some chances to cach it. In case you lose it you have the option to take the train. The nearest station from our hotel is the Rümlang Station and you can come in 6 minutes by walking here. For any other question please dont hesitate. Kind regards
