We were visiting relatives who live in Drumnadrochit and decided to go here as we'd had a lovely meal when we visited several years ago. Again we had a really nice meal, the red lentil soup was gorgeous and apart from my cheesecake(which was a bit odd!) 8 of us had lovely meals. The fixed price menu was very reasonable... More

We went to the restaurant for a family meal. The staff were very very friendly and nice. They were particularly busy that evening and that probably explains slight lack of organisation. Our orders were mixed up to start with, we were given someone else's bill and finally when our bills arrived, it was incorrect. However, the staff corrected all the... More

good location away from the main drag in Drumnadrochit, with a small beer garden to the rear of the premises; the room we had felt a little small and rather dark with only one small window facing the front of the property, but the bed was comfortable and bathroom good. Overall perfectly adequate for our 1-night stay, and breakfast was... More

This hotel is a real mix to be honest. The staff are very lovely but sometimes a little disorganised. There is no real 'reception' which can be common in this part of the country. We were given the family room which was good, although a bit sterile and also doubles as the wheelchair accessible room (which it was more suited... More

We came in one evening whilst walking the Great Glen Way, tired, footsore and hungry. The area where we ate was warm and comfortable and we felt relaxed and at ease. We expected the usual pub food but out expectations were surpassed. I started with mussels, followed by cream cheese stuffed mushrooms and finished with cheese cake. The food was... More

We visited the Loch Ness Inn twice for evening meals whilst on holiday in Scotland. Great location on outskirts of village, with rear garden backing onto river. Excellent food, well presented, good service.

Having stayed at the Inn four years ago, we had an idea what we could expect and were not at all disappointed. I had booked to take my son and his partner as well this time for her first trip to Scotland and we were all happy with our stay. The food was fabulous, extremely good value. The breakfasts were... My room was neat and clean and nicely equiped, the shower hot and quite powerful. The food was excellent! Some of the best meals I've had for a long time which arrived at my table in a startlingly short time. The service was prompt and friendly. On the down side, the paper thin walls made every noise audible and slamming... More

We called into this inn as it had been recommended in our accommodation 10 mins away. Staff are attentive and friendly. Menu had alot of choice and a specials board. My husband recommends the pork burger. Childrens menu excellent. If you like seafood there is a good selection, i chose a veggie option it was incredible. All their ingredients are... More

This was a great hotel. The rooms are smallish, as are most European rooms, but they have all amenities and are clean and tidy. The towels and sheets smelled great. THe restaurant was phenomenal - seriously amazing food. One small warning - the place can be surprisingly noisy, with the bar and restaurant right under the rooms. Just have ear... More
