nice located hotel that doesn't too far from Jatim Park and Museum Angkut. At first I doubt a lot about this hotel, but when I checked in, this hotel gave me the best first impression. The room was clean and tidy. Even tho the price is cheap, the room is comfortable enough. The staffs here were nice and the breakfast was delicious!! I spent 2 nights here and I would like to recommend this hotel to you.

The only thing that they should improved is about the wifi. The connection was slow and it's annoying that everytime we back to the hotel after we went out, we need to re-login again.

I stayed here for lebaran holiday to visit tourist attraction in Batu area. The hotel location is near with tourist attraction such as Jatim Park, museum angkut and alun-alun kota Batu. It took less than 10 minutes to reach those attractions.
I stayed at standard room and it was small, I don't recommend if you stay on standard with more than one child. You can chose other bigger room type.
The room was clean but you have to be careful in the bathroom especially when you travel with kid because the shower area has pointed corner on the bathroom floor.
Breakfast menu was various and standard, the staffs were friendly and accommodated.
The price for room service is affordable however you can easily find tasty hawkers around the hotel.

The hotel equipped with an elevator, so no need to worry if you stay on 2nd or 3rd floor.
Room size is too small I think, even for 2 people in deluxe room (they still have the lowest room type is standard room and smaller that deluxe room).
Bedroom and bathroom is clean.
But, the breakfast is very standard, taste of food also need to be improved.

We had worst experience of hospitality during our stay here. We only booked for 2 nights but it turns out as horrible nightmare! At first day we checked in the bedsheet , duvet and pillowcase super dirty and so is the walls theres a lot stuff need to be repaired.
We got biten alot by bed bucks, and we complained to GSA & HK guess what THERES NO APOLOGIZE AT ALL! REMEMBER YOURE WORKING AS HOTELIER NOT WORKING AT KFC! management need more manners trainning for your staff.
At least place some dustbin at corridor for your guests to throw away their stub if all of your room is NON-smoking. So you wont accusing your guest smoking in bathroom while we only got dustbin in our room & throw it inside. RIDICULOUS!!
This hotel totally ruined our holiday in Malang.
Dont ever stay here if you dont want to experience the same as me!

Initially, i booked another hotel in Batu for our family holiday trip, through an online travel agent. A month after, hotel contacted me that they were no longer receiving reservation through any online travel agent during holiday season. It has been a normal practice for hotels in Batu to increase their room rate during holiday season, therefore the normal rate that i've got online was cancelled by the hotel. Then, i decided to look for another hotel, and found this one, Three Eight Front One Boutique. This is a new hotel, just months old, and they're currently adding several other rooms next to existing ones. I considered this hotel modern, clean, and provides enough amenities. Breakfast spread is simple and all local meals. And on top of that, this hotel charged me their normal rate even though we stay during new year holiday.

I stay in this hotel for business purpose, I found some part of this hotel are still under renovation, so it was difficult to park the car, and I get new room, pretty nice but I seems they are not ready for the room amenities... because they put the soap inside the mineral water bottle due to ther is no soap dispenser yet.
But the room is nice eventhough a bit small. It's ok for single traveller but not for family.
For the breakfast is also enough but they have no egg... I stay for 2 nights in this hotel but every breakfast I ask the egg they said always the egg was sold out.

Stay twice at this property. The most i like is the huge room, clean room cause new renovated, friendly staff especially Ms. Tien whom in charge as receptionist.
Got good deals via online. If you consider to stay request the room far away from street.
Also since they are still on the project to build other rooms it will be small parking space and little bit dusty at public area.
