I stayed here for 2 nights. Overall it was a reasonable experience. The hotel is not expensive and offers value for money for those who are not seeking extensive luxury. The hotel is quiet but cosy and offers a swimming pool and a mountain view of Batu's gunung Arjuna. The staff are friendly and willing to help you.

Spent 2 nights at this place last weekend.
No air conditioner and I couldn't open the window.
The bed was not properly prepared, the floor was sticky, the bathroom smelled bad and no hot shower.

Breakfast was cold fried rice, cold soup and extremely sweet hot tea/coffee.

The positive side was, the staffs were very friendly

We stayed here at comfort (superior) room for 1 night. Looks like they have renovated the building and rooms, so it was quite clean, neat and bright. The view was amazing! You can see a full view of mountain from hotel's entrance or from several room's terrace. The staffs are friendly and helpful, room was quite spacious.
However, the shower water was slow, it's difficult to find the balance of hot & cold water. Also, the bed wasn't really comfortable, the mattress's spring was shaking when you make a move.
But, with only Rp. 295.000, we think it's fair and value for money.

I booked the hotel for 6 nights but as soon as i got to the place i wanted to cry lol. the place looks nothing like a resort, the rooms were so bad and the bathroom stunk. the pool was kinda dirty, and the whole place just looked dodgy.

for a rate of almost 600k/night, i should be getting a nicer place. Sooo i found a new hotel on the same day, and thank God as bad as the place was, the people there were actually VERY VERY NICE, AND FRIENDLY and returned 80% of my deposit and they sincerely apologized to me,so that was a plus.

I just wish the owner would really renovate that place, because it is in a very nice location.

If you plan to have a wonder rest, this is not the hotel. Rooms near swimming pool and closed by cafe area, karaoke and group gathering were on till over 10 PM.
It was so noisy as if you were 2 meters away from heavy loud speaker.
Noise started again at 5 AM as people started playing and shouting in the pool.
The hotel was actually reasonable fine but was poorly managed.

Hotel did not provide much varieties for the buffet breakfast and food was terrible. The coffee was nice though.

However, staff were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming! Sleep quality was good but THERE WERE BED BUGS. I was bitten on my left leg (refer to picture). Although it is a small hotel, I do hope the hotel does something about this.

It can get quite cold at night but the shower has a heater provided.

This place was pretty good for the traveller who had a low cost trip and then, this place had pretty good view, people and service was nice. I guess this place fit to family trip. There are swimmingpool, cafe, rooms/villas varieties. People around already know this place. So, it wasn't hard to find. And the last, the building seems pretty old but, that is ok (Low budget- worth it approved^^)
