Cleanliness 8.4
Comfort 8.2
Service 8.0
Food 7.6 , a little bit disapointed with the breakfast but when you see the hotel rates it's only 2stars so yah you have to say that's okay
Location 8.5 , the location is really strategic because it's located in the middle of town. You can rent motorcycle from hotel staff then you can go where ever you want :)

Totally good hotel to stay for couple of days :)

Our room was located on the second floor. No lift, they use ramps instead of stairs.

Breakfast served a la carte (choice of two, i.e: Fried Rice or Curry Rice), tea, coffee, and mineral water are available.

Hair dryer and iron set are provided upon request. Fast response service (we can even book via WA).

I love this hotel, the room is very clean, the receptionist lady very nice. The concept and properties was instagramable, you can find a good spot to take a picture. But the bed was very hard. And the breakfast menu very limited.

We stayed for a nite before we move up to Mt Bromo. Simple room layout and thou they don't have lift they do have walking travelator yet still convenience for us to push the wheel chair bound to the room. Clean room and clean bathroom too. At night we can go to the Batu Nite market. Breakfast was simple as I guess mostly all hotels in Surabaya serve rice with Rawon gravy ?? I don't mind to stay here again.

Stay here for one nite, great and nice place.
Value for money, convenience store just accross the street, friendly staffs
Breakfast time until 10 AM, the staff will remind you if you haven’t had your breakfast, it was the good thing.
One thing they need to improve is the food.
The room was clean but less desk or place to put your stuffs.
No swimming pool, it’s kind of a nice budget hotel.
Will stay here again next time.

This hotel is modern and clean. The location is strategic, walk distance to Batu town square which serves a variety of local foods and also walk distance to Museum Angkut (Museum of Transportation). Even without an elevator, it doesn't matter to us who like to exercise, they have flat stairs, so it was easy for us to carry our luggage up. The room is quite large & clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

For breakfast, there are 3 kinds of menus offered. Food served is of good quality. If we return to Batu, we will gladly stay at this hotel.

Good location if you plan to stay in the center of the cities. New and chic design but not that clean especially bathroom area.
Slow wifi, very noisy and relatively small room for 860 K IDR pernight in Dec
Breakfast served all cold and limited amount
Nice staff but services were slow.
Defenitely need improvement.

We booked the hotel via a travel website. Arrived earlier than expected, we asked the front officer about the check-in time. Her response was "What website did you book our hotel from? We already write the check-in time there, why did you ask me again" Ooookay Miss Grumpy!
Not recommend this hotel to elderly, no elevator, just ramp all the way through the highest floor.
They have a cafe in front of the hotel but they have no room service.
Great location, big room, nice bed. But bad service.

This hotel had a minimalist architecture style which is great to take a photograph while u were stay. The room was clean, tidy, overall was good. But to be honest, i really dislike the hospitality of the staff hotel. I brought my family here to stay and they weren't so nice when welcoming us. We brought our luggage our selves all the way to room ( i think in most hotel, bringing luggage is supposed to do by the hotel staff ). There were also no elevator available. It's little problem when you carrying heavy luggage while your room is on the upper floor. That reason makes us pretty dissapointed. The hospitality is super no for us. But the room is good to stay around in Batu because it's quite close to the main park and attraction.

My wife and I, love the hotel. Friendly and accomodating staffs. The room was also clean and comfortable. The price during our stay was reasonable, considering the facilities they provide.

We got a room on the 2nd floor and close to the main road side. The noise was unbelievable, it was like you're sleeping on the street. Not sure about other rooms.

However, it was still an enjoyable stay for us.

If you're a 'soft mattress' person, you might want to consider other hotel, also if you can't tolerate noise.
