Spent two nights here recently with sister & brother in law & while the staff were pleasant enough and the rooms were generally OK we had issue with several things :- Out of date milk portions in the rooms. One of the rooms only had half a toilet roll in the toilet. The water pressure was not good enough to...

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to a family party in the village. It was reasonably priced and we did not have high expectations. We had everything we needed, the staff were helpful and we were comfortable, that was all we hoped for.

Food was good in the pub but the accommodations were not. Noise from the pub was overwhelming and there was noise from the other rooms (not well insulated). Room was clean but wouldn't stay again due to noise. The accommodations also need updating.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and particularly the young lady in charge. Nothing was too much trouble and the standard of service and food was excellent. Having forgot candles for...

This was the second visit in 2 weeks, both for birthday celebrations. We live local but hadn't been for years, as I now have food intolerances with gluten, dairy and eggs, finding somewhere suitable is always a challenge. The food here is excellent and incredible value for money. All the staff have a fantastic helpful optimism and nothing is too...

We hosted a reunion for a Saturday night with friends from all over the country. 5 couples stayed over and we couldn't have been more happy. We had a fabulous dinner and a lovely cooked breakfast the following morning. The staff were wonderful, all of them. They were polite and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are spotless and...
