Stayed in Unit 7 at this resort for one week at the start of August and really enjoyed my stay. Its a really nice clean renovated unit. Just a stroll to the town centre and across the road from the beach and the headland which was perfect. I found Unit 7 to be very clean and comfortable and really tastefully...

Arrived here without booking, offered only apartment available which faces the beach (4) but as its low on the ground floor you can't see the beach, the manager was very upfront about that. Newly renovated, very good quality furniture, comfy sofas, beds. Very comfortable. Ended up staying 5 nights. Well priced, would stay here again. Ground floor units also have...

More than happy, clean, affordable, everything you need in a two bedroom apartment. Amazing views and spectacular beach breaks just out the front. Everything you need from the shopping strip is a 200 mtr walk and then back to the hotel purchased on the headland in a private setting. Each apartment is very private with only 2 apartments on each...

Our 2 bedroom apartment was great (Apartment 159)! Air conditioned, clean and everything we needed for a week's stay. Large rooms, open living and big kitchen, as well as full laundry and 2 bathrooms. Pool Area and BBQ Area were fantastic, plenty of BBQ's so no waiting for BBQ to cook dinner, and kids were in and out of the...

Not a modern apartment but clean, make sure you ask for the ocean view rooms otherwise you may be disappointed, has all the amenities like pool and spa, just across the road from the beach. Short 10 minute stroll to all the shops and restaurants

If you are looking for high rise and shopping strips then Cabarita is not the place for you. We stayed in Diamond beach resort which is located just a 10 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and other facilities such as chemist, newsagent and woollies. Whilst it may be a bit old it was clean and spacious with great...

Diamond beach is a great place to stay overlooking the beach and near to shops and restaurants. We spent 6 weeks here and had a wonderful restful time watching the whales and dolphins. Wendy and Mark who run the resort were very helpful and loaned us binoculars for our whale watching. The apartments are individually owned so styles vary, some...

Diamond Beach Resort really needs an upgrade. The old girl is showing her age. The grounds always look good but the unit owners need to spend some cash and spruce the place up. Little things like rusty ironing boards, wall clocks that don't work & tatty window blind are the type of things that lessen what should be a great...

The Excellent: Location across from several great beaches & a park suitable for kids! Bathroom water pressure fantastic. Undercover free parking! The OK: Unit looked newly painted, inexpensive for close beach access. Full kitchen & laundry facilities. The Bad: Freezing cold pool. Multiple odds and ends not working, E.g. TV remote control, light bulbs. Kitchen implements completely random, E.g. Only...
