The hotel's cleanliness receives high marks, with numerous visitors describing the accommodations as "spotless." While opinions on the rooms vary, the comfortable amenities, such as ample parking and the adjacent Beefeater restaurant, are widely appreciated.

Cannot fault anything or anyone with regards Newhouse. As a regular here the staff are great. Its not the Ritz but the rooms are always spotless and clean. Bem has a big friendly smile and all the staff are so welcoming. Can not complain at all.

Stayed over with family en route to Banff clean room and bathroom did what it said on the tin, social distancing adhered to by staff, Went to the beefeater nextdoor for dinner limited menu and quite pricey drinks too £6 glass of wine ouch.... we didn't have breakfast just carried on our journey. I would stay again staff nice and friendly

Coming from England during these trying times we were most impressed by the high standards of protection and cleanliness of the Premier Inn in Scotland. Everything that could be done was, staff were very helpful and the rooms spotless. Definitely going to stay there again in the near future if everything

All staff especially Carol were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Any questions / requirements that we requested were dealt with promptly.
The drive into the hotel is a bit alarming as the park and ride across the road is full of rubbish, not a good first impression.
The hotel rooms do not have air conditioning and were very uncomfortable when the weather was warm.
The rooms need a bit of a refresh. We have stayed there before, so it was exactly what we expected, but it’s local to family.
Outside the hotel entrance the bins need emptied more often, and people smoking outside the entrance and dumping fag ends is not a good impression.

Imagine paying £29.50 for a room in the sale, not being able to stay due to Covid19 (understandable!), being given the option for no refund or rebooking within 6 months...ok, so I book again so as not to lose out totally on the money. Arrive 6 months later then get told on check in and get told I need to pay £20 extra for my room or I won't be allowed in. I question the extra charge, but get told by the receptionist there's nothing she can do about it. She says I should pay the extra then phone customer services and get my money back. I pay so I can get to my room, then phone customer services and they say I'm getting no money back - due to dynamic pricing I should have known they can change at my time (even although this isn't a price I've agreed to!) Completely misleading and unacceptable practice!

Lovely reception and very helpful staff. The beefeater is particularly accommodating with special requested granted. Many outdoor areas for those who wish to explore the nature of Scotland. Lots of parking. Not complaints.

Ask for room near reception as I was on my own with my severely disabled daughter who has heavy wheelchair with ventilator, oxygen etc. They gave me the second furthest room through 4 heavy doors which were extremely hard to open and get chair through. Ended up leaving a day early as just too much hassle. They refused to move us saying cleaner hadn’t turned up to clean room. When leaving the lady said that wasn’t true and she had room 1 &2 free. I had already baked the car by then. Previously used the hotel regularly for many years. Very disappointed.

First impressions always count the word tired comes to mind
Just to find the entrance is an effort no signs or lights to point you in the right way!
The problem with this hotel is its stuck in the 90's if you like retro things this is for you.
All the deco from entrance to bedroom is depressing and the pink stripy tiles top it off.
The saddest thing is that the all the Staff i have meet are fantastic (Carol) nothing is to much for them.
The whole place is spotless very clean and you can tell the staff are trying to make the best they can for the guests.
Sorry Premier Inn you are letting you staff down here you need show the same commitment that staff do to the property.

Response from Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants, Other at Premier Inn Glasgow (Motherwell) Hotel
Responded Jun 7, 2022
Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry that you had a disappointing stay with us recently due to the decor and condition of the hotel and your room. Whilst we're pleased to hear that you found our team helpful and your room clean, this certainly isn't the experience we would expect for you. We’ve ensured this feedback has been logged to the Hotel Management team so that they can look into these issues with the team to prevent this experience from being repeated again in the future. In future, our Reception team are on hand 24/7 and so we would advise speaking with the team as soon as any issues arise to help resolve this whilst you're still in-house. Thank you for taking the time to contact us and we hope we can welcome you for a more enjoyable stay in the future. Kind regards, Bori

Plenty of free car parking, friendly staff, quiet rooms, comfy beds and a good shower.
The long corridor means that some bedrooms are accessed through about 5 separate fire doors which can be a bit cumbersome with plenty of luggage. When opened, they also create suction of bedroom doors and could be a factor for light sleepers.
Minimal seating in the room with the upright chair lacking padding but a comfy club chair.
The window opens for fresh air. There is a wall-mounted heater and a thermostat on the wall.
The big bed was very comfortable with useful bright reading lights on each side and a very big TV at the end of the bed. A nice duvet.
The bathroom was functional with a nice fixed rain head shower and plenty of hot water.
Plenty of sockets at the desk and beside the bed. Kettle and tea and coffee.
A great place to stay for quality rest and sleep. The Beefeater restaurant attached was easily accessible and good for breakfast and dinner. The meal deal is a good buy.

newest silent night mattresses, quiet, easy access to motorway what more could the travelling worker want.
As a hospital consultant i need to be able to get to work easily but also sleep during the day if i’ve been in at night. this was facilitated by
putting me in room 32 for a week above the office:)
Becky and Fraser couldn’t have been more accommodating and they are definitely why this particular Premier Inns rating have gone up from under 4
to over 4.5 in a year.
Special mention also to Ewelina for getting me in early after an exhausting flight.

About 5 miles, takes about 15 minutes.
They are modern flatscreen TV's, but to be honest I didn't look.
I would assume that they would have.
