Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
This is probably the only property with a swimming pool in such a good location in Tivat. Access from the main road is very easy, the property has parking spaces that are partially shaded during the day. The hosts speak English and provided all the most important information, including the availability of shops and restaurants, when handing over the keys. Pool with warm water, sunbeds and umbrellas, shower and toilet. There is a small beach just behind the pool fence, although a bit better Belane Beach is a 3-4min walk towards the city center. The rooms are very well equipped, also the kitchenette has everything necessary to prepare a meal. Towels changed on request, our apartment was also cleaned on Wednesday. Due to the proximity of the airport in Tivat, a plane taking off will fly over the apartment from time to time, but for us it was an additional attraction rather than a nuisance. Behind Belane beach there is a very good Sidro grill bar which I can recommend.
The remote control for the entrance gate works poorly, sometimes you had to get out of the car for the receiver in the gate to catch the signal from the remote control. Sometimes the WiFi signal is lost.

Just arrived back from this beautiful place . Spent the first 3 nights at the apartments then went and did a retreat in the mountains then back to the apartments with my husband who flew in to stay for a few nights to get me to unwind after a very busy week . The apartments are in an ideal place and only 15 mins walk from airport and 10 mins into Tivat town centre and Puerto montenagro . They are very clean, spotless and everything you need for your stay except an o en I. The room ( there’s a 2 plate hob ) The owner and his family bent over backwards to help us in any way with questions and even lay on a taxi from and to the airport . Already planning our next stay I. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Pontus Apartments. We loved everything about it - the apartment was very smart and was beautifully furnished and fitted out and had the most amazing views, the swimming pool was very well kept, spotlessly clean and a real bonus but the biggest plus was all the staff and the owners who were so helpful, friendly and caring! We will certainly return and have already recommended Pontus to friends. The free airport pick up and drop off was very welcome and we had a short tour of the town etc to help us becoming familiar with what was on offer. We also loved Tivat and the way in which it is developing. Thank you!

The hosts were very nice and flexible. We had an apartment what was looking at the bay, seaview, comfortable, lovely. The apartment was clean with nice furniture and comfy bed. There is a private parking space and a private swimming pool(5*) It close to a bakery,closest supermarket is 5 mins by walk, Porto Monetengro is 15 mins by walk. Highly recommended!

Stayed for a week with my partner. The owners were very helpful and friendly as was everyone there. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Views were fantastic and all apartments have a sea view. Pool was lovely. Added bonus having the free shuttle from/to airport. We will definitely be back. Great value for money.

We booked this very last minute for two nights to be near the airport... The first room we were offered was small studio which comprised of a double bed and put double bed in the front room.. Not ideal for family four.. The light in front room/ bedroom could not be switched off and it required electrician.. ..Also appeared our access to the bigger room for second night could not be confirmed.. All in was very unsatisfactory .. when I queried this ,, I was told by the owner that he didn’t like the British I could leave within the hour..@ 5pm on Saturday.. I have two children, cases, no car, no taxi .We were frogmarched out the premises. Previous to this I had stayed very successfully in Kotor Bay & Perast.
My opinion the owner is a bully, the pool is very small, the room we were allocated was overpriced for the size the sea front and swimming in the sea is nothing like Kotor Bay or Perast.
Anyway we ended up in Forest Escape Apartments which were fantastic large two bedroom, two bathrooms and large lounge plus a much bigger pool but better value
