They never did cleaning even we asked it. They only changed towels by request. When we reserved it via Boogings.com there was promised daily cleaning.
When we complained this via Bookings, they answered 'we DID change towels and gave more toilet paper'! This is what they define cleaning.
The Bookings did not help us either.

We were 4 nights and the place is amazing in its beauty with a view of Kotor Bay and a private but secluded beach. The area is quiet and in the evening really deserted. But the apartments are clean and decorated. The view is breathtaking and justifies the stay despite the communication difficulties with the staff who do not speak English and the meager and simple breakfast. No choice options and served to the table. All to indulge more... overall a good experience.

Небольшой уютный отель с небольшим пляжем на пирсе. Потрясающий вид на залив. Если отель будет загружен полностью то комфортно разместиться на пирсе для получения солнечных ванн вряд ли получится. Но как здорово перед завтраком принимать водные процедуры в заливе,ныряя прямо с пирса . При наличии машины все близлежащие пляжи к вашим услугам. Ресторанчик при отеле - просто супер.
Не понравилось - Достался номер, тот который с видом на "сад". Два окна из одного унылый вид на крышу хозяйственной постройки, другое окно выходи прямо на уровне груди на дорожку ведущую к отелю. Как результат все любопытные взгляды вашем номере.

Ich habe im August 2021 ein Apartment im Hotel gebucht, welches mir bestätigt wurde. Bei der Ankunft hiess es, sie seien überbucht und können mir kein Zimmer anbieten. Bis heute, Februar 2022 habe ich kein Geld zurück erhalten.
Der Hotelbesitzer war auch ziemlich arrogant!
Das ganze ist einfach eine Frechheit, dass man jemanden mit zwei Kindern einfach sitzen lässt!
