The apartment fully met our expectations, convenient location: Waikiki beach 2 minutes away, to the left is the respectable center of Tivat, to the right is more democratic, but calm and picturesque. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, a comfortable bed, a stunning pool. The manager is friendly and always in touch.

Amazing rooftop pool where you can watch the bay and harbor of Tivat. Modern apartment with all facility that you need in it. Location is good with just 5-10min walk along the waterfront into Porto Montenegro.

These are beautiful apartments with a lovely personal touch. The owners were in touch by text before and during our stay to ensure that everything was going well, and the manager was very helpful. We had 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely furnished balcony overlooking the sea. The roof top pool is beautiful, and we very often had it to ourselves, which really added to the feeling of being spoilt. Everything we wanted was there, and we were even given a free boat trip on the family’s water taxi. I strongly recommend these apartments to anyone heading to a Tivat.

What a shame. Everything looked to be going great, good communication from the owners, I was put in touch with the property manager, and we were very much looking forward to spending a few nights here at the end of a longer trip. Alas, Montenegro was put on the UK government's red list a week before we were due to fly out. Now things went wrong. This property has strict 50% refund policy and enforce it mercilessly. We had 3 other properties booked for our 2 weeks and they all had similar refund policies. However, every one of the others waived the 50% fee when they heard that the flights were cancelled due to Covid 19 restrictions. Requests to waive this fee with this owner, Sladya, were refused and I was told it's because they only want people "who really want to come here". I offered a reduced amount of 10% as a goodwill gesture but this was refused also. I was offered to move the booking to next year but this is impossible to do now, so my only option was to cancel and lose almost £500 for nothing. That's a lot of money on top of a lost holiday.
The owners were quite within their rights to do this. The refunds policy is made clear at the time of booking, but in these uncertain times, things can change suddenly through nobody's fault. All other property owners were happy to reduce or cancel this fee due to Covid. These people WILL NOT!
Be careful. Other properties are much fairer and more flexible.

Very nice appartment with beautiful pool in Tivat, ten minutes walk from Porto Negro. Short distance to a couple of good restaurants. Very clean and well equipped with gorgeous sea view. The hosts are great. The pool felt almost private since there are only 4 appartment in the building. The kids loved it. So did we.

We chose Elysium. We did not repent. It's the most beautiful place in the Adriatic. The hosts are great. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. You have everything you need to enjoy. Morning coffee on the terrace is relaxing. The pool is fascinating.We'll always be back. The best score is from us.
