Have visited in summer and winter. Proprietors welcoming and patient. Beautiful and linking with major ski areas, but without the snobbery. Great location both for downhill and cross-country and walking in summer. Nice pool in summer, but shady late in day. Well-equipped rooms with good views. Standard menu very average, so opt for the a la carte.

I had to cancel my trip due to health problems. The hotel staff were friendly and refunded me in full as a commercial gesture when they didn't have to. I am looking forward to going another year soon when I've recovered.

It was a pleasure to find that the hotel and particularly the staff was just as good as our memory of last year hoped it would be. The view from the balcony of our delightful room was fabulous across the valley to Courchevel. Room near the lift but not noisy. Although not air conditioned the room was always comfortable for...

Even though it claims to be a 3-star hotel, it is one of the best ones I have ever been to. The +: Amazing decoration - warm, local, and very clean (especially the bathroom) Great location - 100m from the ski lift and great mountain view almost everywhere in the hotel Good half board - very nice dinners with 3...

to summarise great hotel, great location, wonderful food and absolutely brilliant staff. Truly wonderful stay here with a small front of house staff (most of whom are related!) who are super friendly, very helpful and above all very knowledgable and efficient. Not the easiest to find but a phonecall soon sorted the problem. Deserves a higher rating for its restaurant...

We ate on the terrace in glorious sunshine with superb views down the valley to...

Bar has pool table and open log fire. Relaxing after hard day in the slopes!! Food is good , although , no choice menu. We were on half board...

We traveled as a party of three couples in Caterham seven cars. We had pre-booked garage space and on arrival we were greeted warmly by the owner who gave us the garage keys so that we could put the cars away and unload. We had booked three double south facing rooms with balconys and the views were stunning. Rooms were...

This hotel is conveniently located near the gondola, making both winter and summer holidays easy. We've done both. Mr pelican and Germain always make you comfortable. Expensive for Champagny but it is worth the extra for its standard. The restaurant is superb, food quality and savoyard specialities are top notch. It is worth a visit, this little village is very...
