Greeted by friendly and professional staff. Bedroom spacious. Able to make a cup of tea in the room. Bed linen to die for. Breakfast copious and with a beautiful view of the gardens. Felt like a personal guest of the Baron himself.

The rooms are dated but ok. One big issue though: way too hot even on a regular day. And there is no night guard only a phone system. Not a great service ... In the morning they did not recall my Visa card number and forced me to go to the car to get my wallet

There aren't too many hotels that are approached by crossing a moat and whilst the original castle is long gone, what is left behind is a comfortable and well-appointed hotel. I stayed in a standard double room on the first floor which was generously sized with all of the usual amenities. The hotel itself doesn't have its own restaurant although...

Very large suite but due to small windows only very limited daylight. Good location at a park and near to Antwerp. The breakfast was very poor for a hotel of this standard. The town itself is not very inspiring.

The room (we booked the suite) was very spacious. I liked having coffee/tea facilities in the room and the WiFi was working well too. The bed was fine for me, although my husband found it a bit on the hard side. Pillows are very soft and there aren't any extra ones available in the room itself. There is a bar...

I was a nice hotel. It's still nice and clean but deco and service a bit old fashion. If you like vintage, don't hesitate to jump in. If you are a more modern customer and looking for business center, sport center, fresh design, fancy service... you'd better avoid it.
