Location is fine, staff is nice and there are no many alternatives around. The rooms are quite big, but beds are not comfortable. The breakfast is the worst part: very poor in variety but especially in quality. For the prices they have they absolutley need to improve it!

The hotel offers great value: the rooms are modern and clean, with any amenities readily available, including bath and separate shower and toilet. The hotel doesn't offer a reception service 24/7 but guests can unlock the entrance door at night with the key card for the rooms, offering great flexibility. Breakfast is average, but the service is superb.

Not too far away from Brussels, this is a great hotel. Its modern design gives the visitor a cozy ambiance and comfortable accommodations. Everything is clean and new. Breakfast is good and the staff is very lovely. The only issue is the shower: it is INSIDE the bedroom, without any door, which causes the bedroom floor to get a bit...

Best hotel in town. To be true the only hotel in town. The new small hotel is located about 15 minutes away from Brussel airport. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. Very nice is a separate toilet not being included in the bathroom. It is rated a four star hotel. However you have to bring your own beer because...

I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel is very clean and very modern. The breakfast in the morning is very good and matches what an American would want for breakfast. The only draw back is the customer service. We have had multiple incidents where we did something that didn't seem offensive but we recieved glaring looks and many words I...

One of the best 3 star hotels I've stayed in. It is a very popular hotel - it's hard to get a room for a long time 1-2 weeks - so remember to book well in advance. Here I would like to stay every time I'm on the job in belgium:-)

Excellent business hotel, Also for weekends I'd recommend it for it's proximity to bruxelles, good breakfast and good restaurants in close range. Staff very friendly, and bar well stocked with Belgian beers.

Stayed here on business for 2 nights. If you're expecting a Hilton/Sheraton lookalike then this isn't the place for you. It is a reasonably small hotel that provides all the necessary facilities. Staff were helpful. Only ate breakfast there; reasonable selection (though restaurant area was quiet both days). Rooms were clean and modern.

Stayed here for business. The hotel is your average townsie hotel in Europe. The place was very clean, but the shower could have used some maintanance. Another issue was the temperature of the water, I could never get it warm. It was always either too hot or too cold (I was not the problem, trust me).
