My friend and I have just spent 2 night in Hotel Parkside and we have never been so looked after. Nothing is a problem, everything is smooth, the owner cares a lot about his guests and always makes sure everyone is happy. I can't thank...More
Stayed here for a few nights in November with a moderately large group composed of Americans and Australians. Gopal was our guide for the three days we spent in Chitwan, and I have to say that he lives up to all the tripadvisor hype. But...More
We had a fantastic three day stay at Hotel Parkside: room was comfortable and roomy, shower had hot water, food was great and no matter what time you'd be up in the morning, coffee or tea would be made for you in no time.

Yes but it's theough the community forest and not the national park. You will only see deer, other tourists and elephants. Also the elephants are not well looked after. The walking tour they provide is excellent and in the national park. Your best option is to take a walk to the conservation centre and talk to the government guides there. Parkside is a nice plase to stay but you only get one chance to enter the national park.
