I Have been a couple of times and have never had a bad experience. A good menu with quality food that tastes glorious. Definitely one of my favourites places to dine and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Spent 2 nights there, rooms spotless and laid out nicely, had a meal first night (steak night) and was great. Only 5 mins down the road from bourton on the water and a few lovely walks in surrounding area. All staff attentive and breakfast was great too. Only qualm was wifi was in and out of connection. Great stay and...

Firstly. The accommodation is fine and in parity to the usual standard expected balanced against cost. Nice tasteful bedroom, good bathroom, sound insulation, water pressure etc. Checking in lady most helpful. However, that’s where the service ends. Having worked in the service industry myself as a youth, I don’t think what follows is unfair. I am speechless at the Lamb...

Room 11 is small (just big enough for a double bed & wardrobe with separate shower room) but has everything you need. In a converted stable block, along with Room 12. Excellent breakfast in the adjacent pub. Staff are very friendly. Nice walks in the surrounding countryside start from right outside. Great Rissington has lovely honey-coloured buildings in true Cotswold...

This place has been completely refurbished since I last visited 3 years ago. It's decor is very smart, not the tired old local of the past. I felt it was trying to be a gastro pub with gastro pub prices. Although the staff were lovely, service quick and drinks great, the food was average and not worthy of the prices...

This was our 17th annual visit to The Lamb for the Cheltenham Festival. We always have a wonderful time as we have made so many dear friends over the years. Ruth and Justine were wonderful as always and the new Staff also seem very nice and accommodating. Particular praise for Adam, a real asset to your team! We were pleased...

Spent a lovely evening here recently, we stayed in one of the rooms in the Stable, which was small but very clean, and was fine for the two of us. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant and had a great meal, and enjoyed a few drinks in the bar. Breakfast next morning was really tasty.

Recently stayed here to meet up with some family for a weekend in the country. The Lamb Inn is in a good location in the fact that you are never too far away from any of the areas attractions but in a small village rather than some of the more 'touristy' locations. Added to that, they have a good restaurant...

Well what a charming place!!! lovely bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and bed linen fresh. Bed comfy too. Food excellent, although we only had breakfast there. People and staff very friendly, would certainly recommend this lovely Inn. Only negative is WiFi is rubbish. Very slow, but it's nothing...... Jeanette from Swadlincote, south Derbyshire

A very warm welcome upon arrival, which continued throughout the weekend, with excellent food and a lovely room. All staff were a credit to the management, who themselves were fantastic hosts! A lovely and relaxing atmosphere throughout, so much so that we nearly missed our meal in the restaurant on the Friday night due to falling asleep in the afternoon,...
