We were invited by a friend for his 75th birthday with family and other friends. Great place - good food and we slept well afterwards.Very good breakfast (and good boiled eggs, my ultimate test of hotel quality - neither stone hard nor cold). Very friendly staff.

I m travelling a lot but this was the most worst hotel within the last ten years. Having invited important customers we were confrontated with construction works, already starting at 6 am in the morning. With regard of daily 120 Euro it is not acceptable to live in a dirty old room with a bathroom you cannot imagine. I was...

Stayed one night at this hotel. Room was ok, old bathroom and clean. But totally uncozy as there was no decoration and horrible lighting. Breakfast was ok, but also not decorated. Aluminium-foil on bottles and eggs - you can do this better. Some renovation and this could be a nice hotel. Nicely located and the water.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding in a nearby village and there's little choice in the area. The setting of the hotel is great with the balcony / decking at the rear overlooking the fjord. Unfortunately the same can't be said of the interior of the hotel which is very dated and shabby in places. The bathroom...

While travelling in North Sjælland by bike, we stopped at this nice place. The fjord is just meters away down the window and you can wander there. Very nice spot, not too far from the city center while not being too close to the traffic.

Great location right on the beach. Wonderful walking along water in am. Breakfast average but good cold meat (I think it's called sausage meat). Staff nice enough but not esp warm. Room average size. Hotel a bit run down.

Hotel is a bit run down and worn, but the location is really nice. Humid sea climate is a quite tought for building infra so I hope they keep refurbising the hotel in the future. In a small quiet town like Holbaek hotel like this is ok. Anyway this probably the best hotel in town, so this is the good...
