Need refurbishment very dated ! food was nice and plentiful a strong smell of chip fat coming from open kitchen chef looking very miserable so much potential and well situated next to busy road but left there feeling like we entered a scene from early 80s drove past many times wandering what they did there? the new signs they had...

We stopped of hear on the way to Neyland for breakfast and we had a table with plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and we had a great breakfast. Everything was home cooked and we did not have to wait before being served. All was very clean and tidy. Just right for for a break from driving.

We were hungry and thirsty on our way to Saundersfoot on Wednesday morning so stopped here and so glad we did. Lovely welcome by the staff, my husband had full Welsh breakfast and I had perfect poached eggs on toast. Nice coffee and no waiting around, we were back on the road in no time feeling happy and refreshed. Thank...

We have tried many places in the area but this was the best by far. Everything home cooked, nothing skimped. The seating is arranged in bays so you are not crammed in on top of other people. Friendly staff.

American style rooms at the back of the property fronting onto the lawn or car park. Parking is very close by any of the rooms so its very convenient. Situated beside the main A40 road so a little bit of traffic noise although the rooms are set well back from the road. Unfortunately when I stayed there was re-surfacing work...

The restaurant offers a varied menu. There was a very fast turnaround on the food. When the food arrived it was steaming hot which I love to see. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Although the building is dated it's very clean. The is also ample parking and great disabled/pushchair access and facilities.

As my title suggests this is a very traditional "motel" type place to stay, BUT having said that we really LOVED it!!! Old fashioned place that has had new bathrooms and curtains...but lovely big rooms, warm and immaculate ..with lovely people working here. What more do you want from an overnight stay?? We had a lovely meal in the bar...

We have visited many times from our caravan at Pendine, always comfortable, friendly, relaxed and willing to assist as I am a wheelchair user. Have stayed in the lodges a few times which have always been spotless, comfortable, spacious and lovely view to the field where we watched the wild life. Food is always top class, hot and quickly served....
